Yeah Durbridge and Impey really played that one well, all being even Sagan wins that but OBE did everything right today.

Well I guess the "pants pissing" tactics worked quite well
Turned out GVA, EBH and the Orica boys were all riding as one team so I guess yes it worked out well for all of them.

Still 43 points advantage on Cav, that is fine.
Sagan with 30th podium at Tour in career!

This was lesson to Ettix who managed to lose 4 against 1 situation...(or was it 3 against 1..still)

Pissed pants and superior numbers aside: Sagan is a beast.
I still think he was the strongest rider in that break.
He did turns all day, he did bust the group and he still did a decent sprint and all that after going in the break on stage 9. That guy's just crazy. He's gonna smoke Schurter, Absalon & Co at Rio.
Shuld get most combatative. |

Ahhh, of course I can relate to that
He must've known there was a group ahead, I mean it would be impossible to have missed that drawn out split. |

75th time on the podium for Green also. Zabel holds the record at 88.

I think he will get his arse handed to him in Rio but it's pretty fun that he is giving it a go. And yes the guy is an absolute beast

I would say that Schurter, Absalon and Kulhavý are cut above the rest, so he can maybe aim for the 4th spot. But of course that would not be enough for him, so i suppose he will fall out of the race after some suicidal ride to catch up.

Fun fact of the stage:
Both 1-2 in the finish, Matthews and Sagan have a wife from Slovakia, named Katarina.
