Do you mean the stage's time limit. (only riders arriving within the limit are allowed to start the next day.)
In real cycling it is a % of the arrival time based on the race regulations or UCI regulations but in PCM 2016 is programmed and cannot be changed. |

I am not sure I understand. Do you mean the time gaps at the end of the stage? Like 20 sec. on flat stages, 3 sec on hilly stages and 1 sec on mountain stages (or whatever those numbers have been). |

Both in PCM 13 and any other PCM, the race limit setting is hard-coded/programmed so it can't be changed via xml editing/db editing.

You can't do anything about changing the time limits, as the setting Cyanide implemented is made directly inside the game, and therefore impossible to edit via any kind of editor.
