I don't think he had much of a choice in the matter, I remember him riding the road race in London and it was pretty clear he worked for Vino so I doubt the Czech Federation would of wanted him in the team.
He had, but he decided to skip it in order to prepare for the Vuelta. Hands down the rider on the Czech team with the best winning possibilities.
I don't buy the preparing for the Vuelta story, they were mighty pissed at him after the last Olympics, that I know for sure. Oh well I won't really miss seeing him at the race

Kreuziger did loads of work for Stybar in Richmond though. Iirc he was main reason that the group with Kwiatkowski and Boonen got brought back.
Isn't it the same coach who selects for Rio as for the worlds in Czech Rep?
Yeah you could be right on that one

Its what I've heard, it should've Kreuziger's own decision, maybe Avin can enlighten us

Of course i can only speculate like others here, but i dont think it really is about London and his help for Vino, everybody forgot that already, bar cycling pundits.
The real reason is mystery, but official is that he cant prepare for three races in quick succession.
Czech leader for Rio should be König anyway, that was mentioned several times, Štybar should be his main helper, i think that the race would be too hard for him, but who knows.
König looks like to be in decent shape already, he was getting better in Suisse every day and has beaten Bárta in czech TT NC, but the route was quite hilly.
He will also aim for Vuelta i suppose...to help Landa or whoever leads SKY there?
Or he will pull 2011 Froome there, without contract for next year.
But König has no accelaration at all. Kreuzigee and Stybar as wild duo would have been more fun... with Vakgod getting a medal

On another note, Orica's jerseys actually look good, but its pretty similar to Movistar which I guess will be slightly annoying
It does look good but the old one was so easy to spot in the peloton, guess its only for the last half of the season and we'll see a re-design next season
