Yes Lakebeach already started a league as above on code 951910421124
Very early for game entry to be open so Strydz won't have realised |

Congratulations to Lobselej for winning our TdS-league, as well as to Squire and Abhishek for the remaining podium spots.
8th for me. Acceptable. I think my strategy for TdS was mostly correct, but smaller mistakes stopped me from fighting for the top of the league.
The Gaviria pick was a waste of points and I was still too far behind after the sprint stages. On top of that, I had managed to get all the top4 favorites for the race, plus Izagirre and Lopez, but the so called top4 wasn't as dominant in the mountains and GC as I hoped.
At least I should've taken a couple of points off of the gap to Ian in our overall competition. That's something.

Surely there is a way around this, we know most of the names who would belong to the PCMdaily league, also we could just ask people here to tell us who there team was and then work out the points from that.
I'm not sure if it has been fixed, but I think it's only showing our teams now. I recognize most of the names at the top of the league from our other leagues. Furthermore, I'm also participating in one of the other leagues (roubaix) and that one has completely different names at the top. So, I don't think it's an issue.

League table has been updated. In Russell's lead has been cut slightly to 25 points. Lord di Lego moves into second place overall.
The double scoring Tour de France is next and the Vuelta is still to come so there is plenty of opportunities for teams to move up as well as down the table.
Cheers. |

Sagan will be a reliable points scorer so he will almost certainly be in my team but then I can't get better than 15th so you can take that with a pinch of salt

I don't have him, but thats more of gamble, not necessarily because it isn't a value pick. Because I think there are good chances he is a value pick: but wouldn't you rather have Bouhanni/Coquard fx for the same amount? |

Think I'm gonna drop 2agan and go both Quintana and Bertie as I have enough of likely stage winners anyway. Hoping my value sprinter @ 8 delivers |

I think there is a very big level discrepancy between 8 and 10 sprinters tho |

There is one guy who costs 8 that I think will do very well and Phil Liggett will struggle big time with commentating over him
I like the Coquard pick too though |

The problem with the high cost pick is the pressure of how that first week is raced, we will lose big names so what looks like a good point scorer can end up being a massive waste. So far Sagan hasn't had proper bad luck at a Tour and this being cycling then surely he's due (hopefully not).
My team isn't even close to being decided yet

I'll be saving mine to the last minute. Although you would think that most teams Tour rosters would be set in stone, there have been too many last minute changes/illnesses in the past to risk picking your team early. Ben Swift at the Tour du Suisse being a prime example!!!
Plus I like to wait and see if anyone lets out any of their secrets on here before picking my team |

Yeah, I think I've already selected my 9 riders to ride Tour. With only changes I could make I will wait until 24h before Tour, just to be sure they are really starting .
Also found some really nice low points riders (6, 6, 4), but they need to repeat their results from last year, or at least finish le Tour. |

Well I took a closer look and Sagan has been dropped in my current team. On past form I will change it another 10 times so he could be back in

Not so much bad luck but $agan is the best bike handler in the peloton, he just doesn't let bad luck like a crash happen to him imo. That's why 20 bucks investing in $agan is like making a life insurance for le Tour.
I have the same problem as D2B: right now I'm changing the riders on a daily basis.
