No, you can't unless you resize them.
The size of PCM15 jerseys was 910x626px, while PCM16 uses a bigger size: 1200x826px.

You can upscale the jerseys for now. We've been testing this and the effect isn't that big (not like when the sizes changes in PCM13). Upscaling PCM15 jerseys will make them look like they would have in PCM15, which is a bit less in terms of HD quality than the ones made in the PCM16 sizes.

IrfanView is one free program that can batch convert images, anyway, a lite version of the EP will come really soon for PCM 16 and we'll have done the job for you
