Coolest concept for 2016! I know Kraftwerk pretty well, my sister was a big fan of that group and their pioneering. The jersey is super cool piece of art and i will look for it in the CT reports. Good luck in the game!

The Kraftwerk Man Machine Press Team have had a very difficult time getting information from manager DaveTwoBob. All they got out of him for the last few days have been incoherent mutterings about Plan A, Plan B and what the hell comes after Plan Z!
Finally he has torn himself away from his spreadsheets and clock watching to share some news about how the team is shaping up.
Goals
The manager was a bit paranoid about tipping rivals off to his targets in the transfer market so is only publishing the goals now.

Targets
Kraftwerk Man Machine have three mountain goals and one hill sprint goal. The main transfer market targets to deliver these were Ole Hirschlein, and Kazushige Kuboki, and we got neither of them, so all that secrecy was totally pointless.
I attempted to cover the hill sprint option with Simon Geschke but was beaten to him by Löbauer Stadtwerke - Etixx, the other German CT team and therefore officially our "arch rivals" 
Meiji - JR East showed far too strong an interest in Kuboki so I stopped after 150k, might live to regret it if we miss that hill sprint goal in the Acropolis Cup.
Bidding was brisk on Ole Hirschlein when the manager of top PT outfit Team Gen-I - Festina let me know about the availability of a better Czech rider with similar primary stats and better backup stats for a mere 75k wage. Well he should know and who was I to argue!
Our First Recruit
I made a quick check with the sponsors that it was OK to go outside the declared team nationalities and that the rider passed the interview
"Do you like Kraftwerk?"
"Yes"
and Martin Hacecký is our very first recruit.

It's not paranoia, they really are after you.
Good job on getting Hacecky. And also another recruit from the FAs will be much fun to see although I guess his secondary stats will want to make you strangle him at some point.

@Paul23 - your team is shaping up nicely so looking forward to some friendly rivalry. I am quite surprised we didn't clash a bit more in FA bidding.
@jandal7 - you got Hirschlein fair and square with a good offer, Hope he does well for you, will be interestng to see how he competes against Hacecky as I am sure they will meet in some races.
@Shonak - paranoia and murdering team members in store for the season. Looks like I will be lucky to end the season without being locked up in an institution 
Thanks for not stealing my thunder on this rider and I know what you mean, expecting to be shouting WHY at my screen after reading some of the reports

Kraftwerk Man Machine is proud to announce the latest recruits to the team to join Martin Hacecký.
Domenik Klemme
The standout recruit of the transfers for us Domenik is great on the hills but his lack of backup stats make him vulnerable to attacks and we are expecting highs and lows with his performances. With few race days I will have to be very careful with his schedule to get the best out of him.
Gennadiy Tatarinov
A super domestique on minimum wage, his main job will be to protect Hacecký in the mountains on his way to achieving our goals.
Michael Kurth
Michael is a decent cobbler with a bit of a sprint but currently he is our only performer on the pave so it will be difficult for him to stay in contention with no team mates to help.
Florian Vachon
Florian has the same first name as Kraftwerk founder Florian Schneider! I want to see Florian in the break so he can use his sprint to grab a win.
Nico Denz
I am looking to develop this youngster into a decent stage racer. In the meantime his flat speed means he can make a useful domestique.

Very well rounded squad, I presume they all like to listen to Kraftwerk as well? Maybe hill support is lacking a bit for Klemme but the sheer power of 80 Hills is just great for the team.

As others have said, Klemme is a great signing, and you really should clean up in CT Hilly races. In fact, I would say that with him and Hackecky, I'd be surprised if you don't fight for a top 5.

Sang Hong Park and Takero Terasaki
After failing to secure Kuboki or Geschke to deliver our hill sprint goal at the Acropolis Cup I went for plan C, Korean sprinter Sang Hong Park. At least I got him a lead out man, Japan's Takero Terasaki. It will be a tall order for these two to deliver our goal but you never know.
Linus Gerdemann and Sota Ikibe
Vastly experienced Linus Gerdemann and young Sota Ikibe will be joining Gennadiy in climbing domestique duties looking after Hacecký and Klemme. They also add some much needed time trialling as one of our goal races, Tour of Bulgaria, features a team time trial.
Thomas Bontenackels
Thomas is our best time trialler but there are much better in the division. He will be very useful in the Tour of Bulgaria TTT and his mountains ability means he can help on mountain stages too.
Roman Maikin
Roman is a handy Russian lead out man without a sprinter to lead out ...
