Sponsors for 2016 Announced
After a year were RBC made it clear that Promotion was the only option we are proud to announce we delivered on their mission statement for 2015. After contract negotiations were opened up for the team RBC made it clear their satisfaction of achieving all three of their goals for the season and as such we now embark on a 3-year Contract till the 2019 season with RBC. We are proud to still be ambassadors for the company and look forward to a successful future for us and Canadian cycling.
In other sponsorship news the one-year deal with British Airways has expired and after making contact with the team the new transport sponsor is Tesla motors as we look to lower our carbon footprint and provide a sustainable future for all.
The only other new sponsor is our first ever nutrition sponsor as Power Bar joins the team. The company founded in Canada will provide all race food for the team as well as dietary help throughout the year.
Finally we would like to thank the continued support of Salita, Giro, Argon 18 and Bontarager for providing equipment for the team along with designer Deksel. And last the continued support from Spidertech for another year.

Very nice HQ! Also liking the jersey. Smart move too trying to offload your older guys to smaller teams, a few of them could be great in a CT or even PCT team.

Cheers mostly with the old guys it's more they don't fit the focus if possible i'd love to keep going more north american year upon year

Some incredibly low wages compared to similar riders in other teams, which means that your staff did great jobs with riders agents. Bellis for 195,000 is like for free, same with some other guys. Team looks good and there is plenty of room for some superstar.
Grabovski you say? Expect the call.

OHH thanks Avin I don't think there that low but we didn't do very bad I think it's safe to say though there is probably room for one superstar max! |

Nationality | Race | Goal | | Tour De France | Top 5 | | Veulta A Espana | Top 10 | | Chrono Des Herbies | Top 10 | | Tour of Tasmania | Win | | Team Standings | Avoid Relegation |
The Tour de Franceis quite simply the biggest race in the calendar bar non so it is of the up-most importance for the team to be competitive in this environment and as such it is very likely a new stage racer shall be brought in to try and achieve this goal. Next the Veulta Espana likely to be Intxausti hunting ground with only the top 10 goal required we hope he brings his A Game and not whatever it was he was doing last year. Chrono Des Herbies and tour of Tasmania both fit into what our team exceled at last year hilly stage race and time trials so the logical step was to make these goals and hope we can acquire riders to achieve results in these races, finally the obvious avoid relegation we are unlikely to be the strongest and it will be one long tough battle but we will be given it our all. |

Looking at those goals, I think I have a fairly good idea who you are going to try to sign best of luck with them!
Seeing that Bellis is available, and with that wage, makes me very glad to have expanded my focus into Britain... |

Congratz on signing Phinney, perhaps the GC rider with most 'potential' of all.
He was always going to have an extreme price tag, but I think it will be worth the investment, specially if you got som PCM training camps planned for him

Gratz, another big earner in the field. and all of those bids are settled so fast this time around. Phinney to hit #tdf sounds swell, it'll certainly put PluiPlui under pressure already in the fights against the clock.

Phinney is obviously a huge signing. A bit of a risk as he need some proper training but if you can avoid relegation this season then he will likely be the best stage racer in 2017

So good to see that you managed to get Phinney! Hopefully he absolutely destroys the field during the TT's in the Tour and takes the win.

Obviously great signing and suddenly we are rivals once again.
Few minutes ago i have again browsed through GT routes and finally decided which one(s) will see Pluchkin ride, so lets see where he will clash with your new star.
