I prefer PCM 2014 than PCM 2015 because less bugs.

I'm doing 2016 DB, but based on FCD 2015 db. So far all WT and the majority of 2016 PCT have their rosters complete with availlable riders |

DBs don't have languages. Only the site is French, the db is in the same language as any other.

Matt is wrong, of course. Certain DB's are very much in other languages than English. While I don't know the language of that specific DB, you can find databases with both french, spanish and german names for countries and naming customs.

Of course it includes sponsors and 3d graphics, if you look in the thread you'll see it also includes a fair bunch of variants, 2015 routes and races as well.

Yeah, it should be a complete update to 2016, but I haven't tested it so can't say how good it is. It seems pretty nice though. Rider pictures don't seem to be included but you can always use the ones of another database.
