2 questions about sponsor

I would appreciate to know if:

- when the cotract with sponsor in ending you can negoziate a new contract with the same sponsor?
example movistar contract end in 2013. Can i remake a new contract with movistar?

- sponsors of IA teams change?
f.e. bmc in 2015 becomes peugeot (or x)?

1 - if they offer to renew with you, then yes you can resign with the same sponsor

2 - what's the question? Ar you asking if other teams change as well? If so, yes

sorru for my english!

for the second question I meant if teams played by COM can change from BMC (or Movistar, or Lampre.... ecc) to a new sponsor which is in db
