What? Have you looked at the race profile? Never an easy stage in the Dolomites
No uphill finish. No climb longer than 10k.
They are hard hard stages, doesn't have to be an MTF to be a hard stage
Today was a hard stage, and the others coming are not much different. Probably won't see any GC attacks until last 2 mountain stages.
Cycling is more than just Alp d'Huez!
Happy for Jungles and Chaves is always there too. Nice.

I don't think he ever had that minute the graphic was showing at some point. More like 30 seconds. You could always see the motos from the peloton 2 or 3 turns behind him.
Class ride by Brambilla. To pull like that for his team-mate, while in the pink jersey.

Amador did have 53 seconds at one stage but faded in the last k and a bit

But also Visconti helped him. I also think he cracked but not that much as the television suggested |

I expected some atatcks on the climb or the descnt of Pian del Falco.I at least expected attacks at Sestola.
Only Amador went away in the descent and he is not a contender for win. |

Classy Brambilla indeed. interviewed at the finish line, he said it was his own decision to pull for Jungels, as he wanted to reward his teammates for the hard work by trying to retain the jersey. |
