First you need an editor like Fast Editor or Lachi editor. I use sometimes Excel editor, where you can copy it.
As it is "only" from 2014 to 2015, you can easily copy the cyclists and teams to the 2015 game, but I think that you should remember to change the stages as they probably aren't there on PCM 2015.
I am self a novice to editing DBs, so I am not sure, but I hope that it could help you  |

Try Excel editor, it is way faster, because you can just copy and paste
