Are Paris - Nice and Tirreno - Adriatico supposed to hand out seven wild cards?
If not, then the race rules bug has not been fixed. =( |

The race rules bug has been fixed, you can find it in the 3rd post of the features thread in this same section.
@sergio, please download the v1.2 of the variants dlc and the v1.2 of the db or take a look at the bugs thread.
@hannibal, you need to extract the only file inside of the rar into another folder of your pc to make it work.
@okienek, what adverts? Daily doesn't advertise their dbs to gain money anywhere. Also, as said, it's about the money. If the mod is free, no one needs to agree anything with anyone. I'm not a lawyer so I won't go any further into this, nor do I see any reason why you are making such a big deal about this

Adverts are on the website when we download db. Besides, the agreement with cyclists isn't necessery to make an database ? And is the situation with trademarks similar to teams' shirts ?

The copyright of the DB lies at the DB team. The DB team does not gain any money (well I at least don't ), so the owners of the work have no financial importance with the DB.

Historically athletes have their commercial rights (such as video games) negotiated through their team or an association of cyclists/footballers/basketballers/whatever. I can only remember of two or three cases, where an athlete directly have interferred with their likeness being used in video games.
When it comes to teams, they of course have their trademarks and the right to demand their likeness removed from the DB. But in the history of CyM/PCM, no team has ever demanded that.

Well those adverts are site related, not db related. Who runs the site (DW48) makes profit out of it, the db team doesn't get any cent.

I see, thanks. There is another issue, which emerged now after we fixed the duplicated race rules. A corrected database will be posted soon.
The problem is in the STA_UCI_class table, which has 25 instead of 22 in the column gene_i_max_team for WT races.

I don't think that the error is in STA_UCI_class itself, just a new STA_Race_rules will need to appear, as there are WT races which do have 25 teams in it, and afaik I know setting it lowert than 25 would cause races with higher than that to crash, even if the value in STA_Race_rules is higher.
The problem seems to be in the fact that -in the corrected cdb- there's no race rules for some of these WT races.

I am in the first year of season and when they pass the championships of the countries of trial the next day I check out of the game, I tried putting the last saved of that season and the same items I check the same day, someone knows the fault or you passes that too? Thank you

No, if a cyclist doesn't agree with having his name in a paid thing, then that wouldn't be legal. But as you may have noticed, this is 100% free, so they would still have no right to ask to be taken out of the db.

I am quite sure (and hope) they have the right to ask, but we wouldn't need to comply. All this trademark protection is bullshit anyway.
