Two Dauphine variants ??
Good on you mate. They will be lovely to try out prior to RL race starts.

I had some of your earlier Dauphine stages, but some was without zcts files, so these more than makes up for them.

Thanks mate

I believe I made the 2003 and 2005 before. 2003 should be crap, very early work. 2005 should be okay. But yeah, without ztcs, because back then my upload speed was so slow I had to split the files. Now my internet is way better, so I share them together. Wink

May I ask why look for the ztcs? Do you want to improve/use the stages for yourself or it's just a matter of converting in the years to come?

Thank you. Yeah it's my favourite as well. Even the variant has no real mountain top finish I think this stage should do the job.

Well, I have seen rumours that stages made in PCM 2015 and earlier will not work without conversion in PCM 2016. If that is the case indeed, having zcts files will be vital, especially if the creators will not convert and reupload their races.

On top of that I have been recently exploring the export/import road network option. It becomes very useful for a stage creator to have a collection of high quality zcts files, now that you can copy graphics from one zcts file to another.

Thanks for that information.

Yes it's mostly for years to come. I can't say what stages of all you made having any problems in the business end. But if I got zcts-files I can remedy any problems with spectators and other stuff crossing roads in corners. Some can look awful, but easily enhanced with some unticking of borders and generate.
Also the course of some older stages can't be seen in "view" MAP, says bad cds-file. A simple , save and export.

Then I confess that on some stages I get the urge to add some IBs to pimp-up those oldest stages. As you say yourself some could be pimped-up and that makes them even nicer to play. Lots of new IBs in pcm2015 and also new ones made by good IB creators. So stages of all kinds can get vastly improved if one care to struggle with the finest smallest details.

Bottom line is that since I made so much editing in landscape xml files and stuff I keep the freshed up stages for myself. I doubt they work for others unless someone is prepared to do a lot of editing. That's mixing pcm14 and pcm15.
Hopefully Cyanide doesn't make huge and crucial changes in this and coming years, so that old stages will be useless.
