I'm not sure about the prices yet, in the spoiler are the ones from last year, so maybe someone got any ideas if they are good the way they are or if they'd like to change something

I would say keep them the same for this time, I made sure I had enough for a certain package based on previous prices.
Perhaps raise the prices for all potions of youth for the future though? 50 is cheap considering that could mean keeping someone on 80 opposed to 78. 100 at least I reckon. Fine with the others. |

At the beginnning of the season we had that talks already, and then it was stated that adjustions might come onto the prices but that it´s not sure how far they would go...so I don´t see why they shouldn´t be raised, especially Potion of Youth is way to cheap (for my team it would be great like this though, Fuglsang dominating CT stage races 3 years longer)

Scouting Round 2 - Part 2
Now the first part of Round 2 is done, but for the riders several teams bid on there will be silent auctions now. I'll sent you a table which will look like this:
You then just copy the list put it in a reply to me and then change the 100 to whathever new bid you want to make. 100 is the smallest amount you can put there. The highest new bid will get the rider. If two bids are the same, a randomizer will decide where the rider goes.
I'll give you 24h for that, as it's really easy to do. If I don't get a reply all your bids will stay at 100.
The used talent focus money will stay the same, if you don't manage to get the rider you'll of course get that money back. Riders not included in that list, who you bid on, are already on your team now. |

All the riders that are not on the list you got by PM but you made an offer for signed for your team. |

Do we get to know the stats of these riders? or not until the end?

As it so happens I was going to use the 'money' for a potion. So, yeah.
- Croatia - Because you could deem it unfair that the prices would be changed after the transfer period when people might have already budgeted for something based on existing prices where no indication of a change was announced. Don't really mind either way though! :0 |

Scouting Round 3: https://www.mediafire.com/download/upw...ng-R3.xlsx
Works exactly like Round 2. A DB with already signed riders is also included. All the restovers can still be bid on, still one potential 7 talent available.
The last round will only be after the WC so you got some time for this. |

Navaratte is good, but maybe paid a little bit too much for him. Well that's the downside of doing my scouting like a lottery hehe
Maybe I can get him to Pot7 at some point tho

Did Leopard have funds in Panama?
340 on a 5 Pot. K den.
Happy with another 6 Pot Kiwi, though with a name like Brick, you do wonder how fast he can possibly be.

gone on high risks and failed horribly without scouting I thought that an all 3 rider should be better, especially looking at last season...failed attempt, but I don´t regret it...especially having signed 4 great riders (though a lot of shit too )
edit: what is really annoying though is that the young riders are so much worse than last year...I mean less riders with good potential was called, but this year there are 3 riders with an average of over 69...compared to last year that´s almost brutal

Didn't go so good for me this time, Pauly is quite good (69mo, 68hl, 68tt, pot6 age20).
Mwaanga is 67tt for a pot6 19 year old which means he'll be great with Mapemba as my Zambian-Zimbabwean TT duo
Unfortunately Herrera the Andorran sprinter is bad, as for my Swiss riders Frei could be decent but Bally is rubbish, we need more good young Swiss riders!
Overall not too great but I can't complain given the luck I had last season.
And wow Croatia
