Yes, after a small but fun game a couple of months ago we're back for another round, hopefully bigger and better! Sticking with the same roles but looking to change it up for a third season. Discussion on no. of mafia members and which roles to use is open. Also, be forewarned this may take a break halfway through, most likely leaving you on an extended night.
The purpose of this game is to be a smaller scale community game than BB or The Amazing Race, but with just as much fun. It will be tactics based rather than the HoH or Roadblock challenges other games may have
This is shamelessly copied from Kritzo and modified minorly, less severity, etc. Rules
§1: The game is led by a moderator (me), who undisputed will make all the decisions of the game. There will probably be just this one thread for everything.
The game is played in a specific thread for this, and it is not allowed whatsoever, to discuss this game outside this thread, except in chatzies you may make within your mafia.
[There are two teams in a simple game: The town and the mafia. There are more townies (pro-towns) than members of the mafia (anti-towns), but the townies does not know much at all. They are usually helped by townies with so called power roles ex. a detective or a doctor (what their specific powers are, is described at the bottom). The members of the mafia know each other’s role. The mafia has a common role, that is to decide who to kill in the nights. The name of the person to be killed is send in a PM to me.
The game is divided in two faces. Day and night. The players have to discussed who to lynch in the daytime, and before the deadline of the day (sunset), the players have agreed to lynch someone. In the nighttime the power roles do their job of either killing someone (mafia) or checking someone’s alignment (detective). The nights are usually shorter than the days.
Lynchings:
§2: The players decide to lynch one person a day. Who this is, is determined by voting in the gamethread. Every participant has one vote, and the person with most votes will be lynched at the end of the day. If it is a tie, no one will be lynched. When you are voting, vote with a bold text, like this: “Lynch jandal7”, and remember to leave no doubt about your vote when voting whatsoever. If you decide to change your mind it is the last vote that you make that counts as your vote. Basically you can vote as many times as you like. There are also the option of: “Lynch no one”.
IF 16 OR MORE (over half of the participants) vote for the same person, that person is lynched immediately, and the night will start.
The end of the game:
§3: The pro-towns win, when all the members of the mafia are either killed or lynched.
The anti-towns (mafia) wins, when there are equal members of the anti-towns and pro-towns.
Behaving:
§4.1: When you are dead, you are dead. You are not allowed to give information about your role/other’s role to the players still in the game. If you are so eager to do this, ask ME, the moderator, and I will take a look at it.
§4.2: It is strictly forbidden to screenshot or quote my PMs. You do not have to PROVE, who you are, but only persuade people to believe you. As of this, it is not allowed EITHER, to create false screenshots or make up wrong quotations from me the moderator.
§4.3: If you do not agree with my decision, then write it in a PM to me, and not in the thread. It is, however, allowed to let others no about it, WHEN THE GAME IS OVER.
§4.4: Try not to leave the game out of nowhere.
§4.5: Do not delete or edit your posts. When you have posting something, it will stay as it has been posted, and if I find out that you have cheated, you are out of the game.
§4.6: Be active. It is always more fun to participate in a game, where people are active.
§4.7: If you know that you will not be able to lynch/participate in the game for some days, let me, the moderator, know.
§4.8: Don’t offer something for information IRL. That is just not cool.

The roles of the game with a description PRO TOWN
Townie – You are a townie, and have no special “powers” whatsoever. You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed.
Detective – You are detective, and are able to check on participant’s alignment (anti- or pro-town) every night. You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed.
Doctor – You are a doctor, and are able to “rescue” one participant every night. That means that, that person can’t be killed by the mafia. You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed.
Masons – You are Mason with participant x. You are able to communicate with this person outside the game. You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed.¨
Gunsmith – You are a gunsmith, and you each night you forge a weapon for a player. I will let the person know that they have a weapon, and they are able to use it to kill one in the day. You are able to save your weapon for later, but if you have saved your weapon and gets a new, you will still have one weapon left. There are a 50% chance of you getting revealed when firing the weapon. . You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed.
Mortician – You are able to check the SPECIFIC ROLE of a dead participant each night. . You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed.
BATMAN – That is right! BATMAN! When you are batman, you are able to either track a person (know who they have checked that night), know who has checked the person or check the person’s alignment. When you are checked by the detective, you appear to be alignment with the mafia. . You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed.
Confused Cop – You are confused. You have the “same power” as the detective but with a twist. When you get your report, you do not really know, whether you can trust it or not, because of bad police work. . You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed. (The detective and Confused Cop will not know that they are either CC or Detective. They must find out throughout the game).
Hunter – You are hunter, and have two kills throughout the game. You can only use one kill at a time, and it has to be tone during the night. . You win the game with the town, when all the members of the mafia has been lynched or killed.
ANTI TOWN
Godfather – You are godfather, and the first time you are checked by the detective, your alignment appears to be good. However, if you are checked a second time, your true alignment is revealed. You attend the “mafia meeting”. You win the game with the mafia, when the amount of mafias are equal to the amount of townies.
Roleblocker – You are roleblocker, and may block another person’s role during this night. This means that the detective will not get a report, or the doctor cannot save one. You win the game with the mafia, when the amount of mafias are equal to the amount of townies.
Muter – You are muter, and you mute someone each night. That person may not talk during the day and might potentially be lynched. You attend the mafia meetings. You win the game with the mafia, when the amount of mafias are equal to the amount of townies.
Terrorist – You are terrorist, and may bomb yourself + another person during the game. This happens by writing BOMB X in the game-thread. You attend the mafia meetings. You win the game with the mafia, when the amount of mafias are equal to the amount of townies.
Mafia Goon – You are Mafia Goon, and have no special powers. You attend the mafia meetings. You win the game with the mafia, when the amount of mafias are equal to the amount of townies.
General information about this game:
”Open” setup with 30 participants
The player’s alignment is revealed when lynched or killed.
“No lynch” is allowed.

Deadlines depends on how fast people are during the day and night. However, the periods cannot last more than 24 hours.

I would definitely be up for it, and will sign up again. However, I'm on holiday from the 20th to the 28th of August, so be warned.
