When I adapt the difficulty percentage in the local.cdb with the Lachi Editor, I can save it and it give the view of beinig implemented.
But when I open the game after the adaptation and reopen the local.cdb, it remains the old setting.
You can either use the PCM Career Explorer, which you can find in the PCM 15 download section (but can be used down to PCM 11 iirc), or do it with the Excel Editor/Lachi's Editor/Full Editor. You need to go in sta_race_difficulty if you're doing it with the latter method and edit gene_f_racecoeff. Those coefficients need to be multiplied to the average of a rider, for example 75. Extreme difficulty by default is set on c.a 1,05, which means that if a rider has 75 as his average, he'll really act as a 78,75 AVG rider in-game.

Thank you for your reply. For some strange reason Sta_race_difficulty is not in the list. Don't know exactly why. There is a sta_race and other 2 options, but not the one I need.
But it was, in general, a great help for other changes I wanted. Thanks.
