I mean, this is really stupid riding by Lutsenko, attack on the last hill or pace all the way for Westra, Westra is a good TTer and can win the overall.
So is Lutsenko. |

yes and the danger for Lutsenko and Westra in the tt is not someone in the peloton but Kristoff.
They should've attacked one after the other untill Kristoff broke.

no Westra was the idiot.
He should've attacked after Kristoff responded to Lutsenko's attack.
Westra lacks the acceleration to place such an attack. Hard to go for that then.
Westra already announced he was in a good shape and would go for a GC here, plus is much better than Lutsenko in TTs. Lutsenko really went for the stage there it seems, which is of course impossible with Kristoff in the group for a sprint.

Westra seems to have these form peaks where he's incredible every few years, like the Paris-Nice he almost won or the Nibali Tour De France.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Westra, you idiot
If he loses the GC against Martin now and is 2nd, it's much deserved
Though a 25 second lead to Martin or so should be enough for the finishing TT. Especially since he's very strong atm and Martin isn't TT machine anymore.
Still, Astana reminded me of an even worse version of Etixx in those final kilometers. At least Etixx screw up together. Lutsenko and Westra couldn't even agree on how to lose |

The gap in the GC is even at 38 seconds, so that should definitely be doable for Westra to hold.
That said, tradition requires that he comes 2nd in the GC in the end

Oh, looking at PCS results it seems like it was Küng all along up ahead and not Phinney. Well, I'm pleased that he is already on such a level after his injury. Maybe he can get me some daily fantasy points still with a solid TT and a nice GC.

Just by a quick look on Twitter, it's obvious safety changes are more than urgent.
Morkov, Rowe, Roy or PCS twitter all complaining and include gifs or pictures that show the issues they have. |

Debusschere has some fractures after his crash and is out for the rest of the classics. Together with Stig Broeckx who was out for the entire classic season, his injury is a major loss for both Lotto-Soudal and my fantasy team.

4 DNF's for Cannondale today after having none finish Sunday.
Progress I suppose is what you'd call that

Viviani beats Kittel and Kristoff, Amaury Capiot gets 4th in this field. Each time you think Topsport Vlaanderen is out of good riders, they make a new one!

in my opinion etixx fucked up again cuz kittel's launcher dropped him too fast (not sure who it was, richeze or sabatini); i think kittel sprinted like 250m+ while viviani stood on his wheel and snatch the victory; pretty smart from the italian rider |

Viviani is a clever rider who can win without a dedicated sprint train and Kittel once again shows he desperately needs one. In regards to Kittel this was always going to happen switching teams, it takes time to create a cohesive sprint train so it's no surprise they aren't getting it right yet

Very nice, good pick for my fantasy daily team - and that's although I thought he was the german champ and not Buchmann lol

4. Capiot
Bodnar just finished his TT, taking the lead by over a minute. Yes, the big names still have to ride, but he even easily beats Bradley Wiggins' time last year.
