I think Moreno is rather underrated.He has won Fleche Wallonne podiumed Lombardia,he has finished the Vuelta in top 10 several times(5th being once).He has won Burgos,Piemonte,GP Miguel Indurain,as well as stages in La Vuelta,Burgos and Dauphine.
He is a great puncheur with a great kick at the end and can also climb good in the high mountains.I don't think he is overrated.
Agree about other riders though.

Overrated:Boonen,Kittel,Dumoulin,Tejay,Etixx Quickstep(I think LeFevre is not the only one to blame)
Underrated:Thomas,Vuilermoz,Navardauskas,Zakarin,Roelandts,Dan Martin,Gaviria except sprint qualities
I also think Valverde is not overrated. Vuelta,6 Ardennes victories and 6 World Championship medals don't make him overrated

Gaviria underrated?..dont know everyone talk about him..but I wont see success story..give him time.
Geraint Thomas can do anything ..also I am Stannard fan..power house.
And yes..holland will need a star. Gesink last year was fun..Vanmarcke still does not have it. |

I agree with Talansky, Dumoulin but Vannarcke was overrated and i dont think the same now, he is not overrated/underrated now. Voeckler no need to talk .
Valverde definetly, Henao is, but Rosa only in real life, he is a beast in-game 2016DB!

Boonen was rumored to be the leader of Etixx Quickstep but his form shows that he can only be a luxury teammate this year as I saw that he couldn't climb Kemmelberg.About Kittel I think sprinter like him should have a better hill because now he can only win tdf stages and maybe the world championship in Doha. Valverde might not be perfect grand tours but he is the king of Ardennes and he also sprints well so we cannot count him as mountain specialist |

Overrated: Cavendish, Contador, Tony Martin, Gilbert, Boonen, Nibali, Talansky, Kreuziger, Fuglsang, Moreno, Gerrans, Uran, König, Team Tinkoff, Etixx Quickstep.
Underrated: Landa, Matthews, Dennis, Alaphilippe, Stuyven, Porte`s helper role in TDF.

Agree about TVG but Porte isn't overrated, he's just not a true GT rider but has had some big wins/podiums and proven to be a top shelf mountain Dom

Him blood doping 10 years ago has hardly anything to do with him being underrated/overrated. I know your anti-doping stance, but lets not forget that we are talking about an era which had doping for breakfast. The reason I put in in the list is that I consistently see people who dismiss him as one of the truly great of our sport which is a shame |
