I'm thinking, maybe when we have the players, we can spread them out over the four teams, make a few more changes maybe.
I think it's more interesting if every team has an equal or only 1 difference in members.
So if there are any members who want to hop team in advance, feel free to do so. But beware of the wrath of your team mates you leave behind 
Even if someone leaves Team Coppi or Bartali, you can still only join Poulidor and Anquetil at the moment until they reach at least 4 players each. |

These are the teams. We have 5 - 5 - 3, so someone from Team Coppi or Team Bartali can still join Team Magni to even out the teams more and we have 5 - 4 - 4.
Unless the members of Team Magni don't mind being with only three members (as their name suggests, they'll be underdogs anyway )
When that is completed, feel free to make a banner for your group (optional), start up a team chat or something and appoint a secretary. That secretary sends me a pm, including the team name, team members and that they're ready to play.
When all teams are ready, we can start the first round.

Also don't forget: missing the deadline will result in a penalty.
So if you for example have one member currently not responding, feel free to take up dictatorship in your group because democracy could lead to missing the deadline
