1. Yes, unless he crashes out just before Tour and doesn't have one last go at it.
2. Bahrain Cycling Team or Trek.
3. Everywhere, but mostly Bahrain.
4. No Alonso team for sure.
5. Hernan Aguirre or Tao Geonghan Hart as the talents for early train. Poljanski for the middle to late train.

I'm really excited about Thor Hushovd's plans too establish a WT-Team for next year. He is in the finishing stages now and given a small hint that a deal with sponsors is around the corner. And since Kristoff has criticized Katusha due too the MPCC drama for the last couple of weeks, he said this weekend he would be interested joining a Norwegian World tour team.
I doubt the Alonso team will ever be a reality, it's stalled for too long now...

Astana would have to be the front runner, they have money and would be able sign riders to support him, also the Specialized link makes the move more likely.
