[2016DB Add-on] Future Database

I started this project half a year ago, but didn't finish it, because of the large amount of bugs in the Expansion Pack. With a new database being released soon, I will restart my work on this database.
This database will let you start a career 5 years from now, where the young prospects of today have become the stars and the stars of today will have declined or even retired. This is much like the fantasy databases Jesleyh and I did for previous versions of PCM, but with one big difference: The focus will be mainly on the youth riders, which we haven’t been focusing on enough in the previous projects.
I will replace almost all teams with new, custom teams. Also, the rosters will be adjusted completely to match the new sponsors’ regions and of course the strength of the riders according to the divisions of the teams. The graphics are all part of the 2016DB, except for a few of my own creations.
Compared to my previous project I have changed some of the team sponsors, due to new jerseys that have been released in the past half year.
Like in previous versions I will create a brand new race calendar, with a lot of fantasy races. The 3 grand tours will be the Tour of California, the Tour of Southern Africa and the Grand Tour of Europe, which I will create by collecting stages from tours all over Europe.
PCM.daily 2016 Database Add-on
The database will be an add-on to the 2016DB, so the 2016DB V1.0 will be required to play with this Future Database.

Because of my limited time, I'm making this decision based on the amount of likes of the first post of this thread.
If you are interested in this project and might download it, like the first post. At 15 or more likes I'll continue the project. Otherwise I'll postpone it.

Haasje, I would totally play this DB! It's a fact that right now I want to try the 2016 DB, but if this DB was out now and perfectly playable, I'd use this one Also, keep up with the story hehe, I really liked the beginning

Because of the amount of work we're putting in the 2016DB right now (bugfixes, support on the forum, new graphics, etc), progress on this DB is quite slow at the moment. I'm planning on finishing this project nonetheless.

Because school and the DB Team are sucking up most of my time, I'm postponing both my story and my plans for the Future Database. For now, I choose to focus on the next updates of the 2016DB in which we're planning to release many newly designed bikes (and after those probably other equipment like helmets and wheels).
I'm not sure if I'll ever finish this project, but it's not completely cancelled either. If someone else wants to do it, go ahead. I can even provide you with a document with the teams, race calendar and guidelines for the stats.

You obviously would need to know how to build a database, which means you need to know your way around cdb editing, simple graphics stuff and you'll need knowledge about the location of the necessary files. Also, you would need quite some kowledge on how to stat riders, since that has to be redone almost completely. I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff right now, so it's pretty much indeed.
For this particular project, I'd prefer someone with experience with releasing databases, since my name and reputation are connected to the project.
