I'm having the same issue, also with version 10.1.0.1. I tried putting the folder on the desktop and that didn't work.
My FullDatabase.xml is 30,870 kb. |

Ok, thank you, this is very helpfull.
The reason some people are having the issue is the decimal seperator is computer dependant "." vs ",". I will update the code so it works for both |

Ok, can you try following version? if all is ok, when the savegame is loaded the name of your team and the current date should be filled in where you had just "VIEW" in your previous screenshot

VERSION 11
Fixed loading bug
People who used the tool on a system where the "." sign was the system default's decimal seperator could not open savegames succesfully. This bug is now fixed.
wrong national champions updater in your savagame
In some databases the real national champions are overwritten by random amateur cyclists of that country the day after the national champions. This is for national championships that standard do not have a 3D race but a database added this. When you run this feature, the correct national champion (the one who won the 3D race) will be set as champion and not the random selected amateur guy.

Could that (in theory) be used to assign national champions, to countries which have neither simulated nor 3D championships?

That'd be a nice feature also
No, great work with this already! A whole lot less editing which can be tricky with all those numbers and weird tablenames. |

you mean you select a cyclist as champion of his country without that there's a race or a simulation for that country?
I don't know how the game would react, but to implement it in my tool or try it with another editor would not take so mucht work |

If you assign a cyclist from a country that hasn't got simulated nor raced NCs, that will work perfectly fine and his jersey will show up in game, just the result won't be seen in the palmares etc.
So definitely not a problem I think.

Is there any way to scroll down to the bottom part? I can only scroll through the list, but not the "frame".

Yeah. You are already editing the same table. If you do it on a day with no races (29th of june?), I don't expect anything to blow up.

I will update the code, it's a issue with resizing on smaller resolutions then i've tested with |
