I've never asked this but.. Is there a way you can wait 10 minutes for me? I'm leaving at 6.30 to have dinner with my parents and should arrive between 8 and 8.30. I don't mind If I don't do qualifying, but I would really like if you waited until 8.30 to start the race. |

Time to demand a video review of Paul's actions, mainly the one where I was rammed into the pit wall quite viciously. Have seen Luigi's stream, and my ping and lag on there was almost non-existent, so no excuse imo.
Will look at it tomorrow morning |

You lagged for me. If you weren't lagging on the server, fine. But you were lagging for me. If I get a penalty for you lagging on my screen, this is ridiculous.

If you wish to race at Pocono it is VITAL that you know how to do a rolling start. This means that you do a lap in rows of two, once you cross the finish line, after going around in formation, you may begin to overtake. |

note: every single use of rolling starts at ovals does allow for overtaking before start/finish due to the start being officially started when the green flag is waved. however we can't afford such a person so we do it this way
fixed that for you

note on the note: well green flag signals racing begins that time around. however the start itself happens in the "restart box". P1 can start at any point in this box and only after then can overtaking happen.
fixed that for you
made an addition for you

Next Season Mod Beta testing
Hi guys,
only 3 races left. The perfect time to show, what we'll drive next season. We will go with the Blancpain Endurance Series Mod. I have made a "fix" for better handling and adjustable gears already. Just download the 1.2 from the first link, as well as the 1.2.5. Make a clean rFactor install first. Then install my "hotfix" and if you have trouble steering the car, put ABS and TC on full.

This is a summary for all the informations concerning our next season. This article will be edited over time.
Used Mod: rFactor Blancpain Endurance Series 2012 SP1.2 + Patch SP1.2.5
Additional to that we will do some minor changes. Like editing values for driving aids.
Download: https://www.simtek...
Driving aids Update: https://www.mediaf...hysics.rar
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Split Championship System:
There will be championships for every class (PRO, PRO-AM, GENTLEMENS), an overall drivers championship and a constructors championship.
Scoring as follows:
1st = 10 pts. // 2nd = 8pts. // 3rd = 6 pts. // 4th = 5pts. // 5th = 4pts. //
6th = 3pts. // 7th = 2pts. // 8th = 1pts
Every car will have a marking on it is rear to show into which class it belongs:
Green = PRO [PRO] // Yellow = PRO-AM [AM] // Red = Gentlemens Trophy [GEN]
1. PRO:
-> top drivers
-> high performance cars
-> Gamepad, Wheel or Joystick is required
-> some driving aids allowed on low
(ABS / TC / ESC / Auto Shifting / Auto Clutch / Auto Reverse [for French])
2. PRO-AM:
-> advanced drivers
-> high performance cars as they are in PRO class
-> Gamepad, Wheel or Joystick is required (extreme skilled Keyboard also possible)
-> some driving aids on allowed on high
(ABS / TC / ESC / Auto Shifting / Auto Clutch / Auto Reverse)
3. Gentlemens Trophy:
-> Newcommers
-> low performance cars (less power + more grip)
-> any input device allowed (even voice input: left, throttleeeeee, brake, rightttt, brake, throttle... "Yes? Here is Mr. Right" *crash*)
-> some driving aids on allowed on high
(ABS / TC / ESC / Auto Shifting / Auto Clutch / Auto Reverse)
Spoiler -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
ABS = Anti-Lock Brakes System
TC = Traction Control
ESC = Electronic Stability Program [also ESP / DSC]
Auto Reverse = When the car has stopped stay on the brake and it's shifting automatic into reverse
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cars, Numbers and Tracks:
Teams and cars will be chosen in order of last seasons champsionship.
The drivers are allowed to change their number to next season. But for the first time only drivers who hasn't changed until now are privileged.
Numbers from 1 - 99. Digit numbers are also digit on the car.
#007 is an exception.
Tracks will be chosen in opposite order of the last season unless there is no veto by the League Committee.
All cars are official GT3 Series racecars:
A marking in FAT means that this is a fixed choice. There will be teams of two of the same car model. Every brand has a max. of 1 team. Please contact your competitors on the cars. If you can't agree with each other, we will use the championship rule:
- Aston Martin Vantage V12 GT3 [TMM, Miguel98] (Team MiguelMissile)
- Audi R8 LMS [Waghlon, klaasa] (Sainteloc - WDT)
- Audi R8 LMS Ultra [...]
- BMW Z4 GT3 [Tangfoxx] (Speedhunters)
- Ferrari F430 [Andy1091] (Scuderia Cameron Corse)
- Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 [...]
- Lamborghini Gallardo G3 Reiter [Hoeckie, Luigi] (Lamborghini Racing NL)
- McLaren MP4-12C GT3 [Comstar, Paul] (PCMasterRacing)
- Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 [jihardy, ryant] (Jiant - Mercedes)
- Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 [Ryo Watanabe] (FurRacing)
- Porsche 997 GT3-R [Speedylu] (Manthey - Racing)
We need a choice from: SportingNonsense, roturn, trekbmc, Bjartne, valverde321
Downloaded skins are allowed for every car. Just talk to your competitors.
Again I will adjust all skins. That means: numbers, flag and name will be changed to the drivers profile, in addition to that I can offer to switch colours on your car. If you want an exact colour also give me a HEX-Colour-Code. I won't develop a complete new skin. This would just take to long.

New Mod - VTCC was a great mod, but the changes made to the BES are good. Probably needs some more tweaking based on greater user experience but i don't have a huge problem with the change (and i'm a super avid fan of the VTCC, so that says something!)
Split League System (splitted is horrible English btw) - I get the idea and i kind of agree. I assume the Overall Classification is the one that really matters, as i also assume people could be moving "divisions" during the season as they improve.
I also hope this comes with an updated/changed system of the power penalties we have this year!
Seeing as Skins are customisable, so that means no limit to specific numbers of each car, i don't understand why cars have to be chosen in a specific order. Unless there is a genuine difference that can affect things, in which case we should never use this mod.
Similar question with Tracks, but at least there is the "comitee" who can Veto bad tracks and ideas on that aspect. Why can't a similar comitee talk about the league and rules overall???
Seriously though, i don't mind making changes. But when the competitors don't get a say in things... yeah you've annoyed some people. Talking and discussing isn't bad, and if the proposed changes are good then they wil be accepted by all. Imposing without discussion is not cool.
