Slagter with a great stage in Gabon and the team with a decent TTT. Now to attack Gilbert!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Good TTT by the team, makes me hopeful for the next races. Unfortunately we've already conveiced quite a large margin on stage 1, I have little hope for us to make it Top 10 in the GC but alas, maybe some try.
Results look good though so far, PCM15 is really a good game (maybe it's because of that Be A Pro feature, so that AI teams have to be more active?)

RIP.
Well, that was fun. Is it 2017 yet?

Couldn't have hoped for Henao sitting in second place after two stages, strong showing especially in the TTT. It's still pretty damn close between Gilbert, Mollema, Kwiatek and Henao.

Yes Brambilla! Victory! Not sure why Matthews (Darren) went in the break while he was 3rd in the gc...
I don't remember him getting in a break once for my team last season, I'd take that.

Ciolek could easily grab a top ten GC as well if he can stay with the better TTers but even if, it harms him that i did not select Gretsch instead of someone like Kern.
My team obviously did not understand the tactic. When Ciolek loses 1,5 minutes on the rest of the team including someone like Kern and three minutes on the best teams then I can forget this.

We'll be in 2017 before christmas
Rojas getting boni seconds is bad for us in Gabon, come on, other sprinters! Mollema with a great win, let's hope he can repeat that tomorrow

Great pace Bikex
As for Peugeot, quiet start of the season. Hopefully we will be heard in Mallorca!

This pace is amazing. Thanks bikex
Toowoomba not going great for us though with De Gendt in 17th, but actually he isn't the best puncheur so we can't expect results when not on cobbles and maybe mountains.

a disgusting start to the season for Wilco...staying okay until the last stage in indonesia where he finished 19th as one of the big favourites...could have went second, now with a disappointing 8th GC
Bazhkou though with a great start, could turn into a great CT leader next year...impressive performance alll over the race despite the TT

Actually he did not get any bonus seconds. Also there weren't any points awarded at the finish. This seems to be a problem with the stage. Could turn out in favour for you in the end. |

Gilbert looked like he was finishing quicker there, but I might be wrong. Mollema the big danger now, though two wins on the bounce from him would be very fluky.
It is looking good, very good, but, the heavy breathing continues!

I'm not entirely sure, but that 4th stage looks more mountainish, I'm not sure if I would call Gilbert the favourite there.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Meanwhile, I'm just sitting in the corner ripping contracts to pieces. Good for you guys, good for you.

Last races of January posted. This includes 2 stages each of Tour of Toowoomba, Tropicale Amissa Bongo and the debut of the new CT.2 race Christchurch - Akaroa: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1133231
For the deciding Toowoomba stage and Christchurch - Akaroa I've made videos (in the spoiler). Especially the Akaroa race was intense until the end.
The ranking update will come in just a moment, as well as the February preview. |

You want to guess who can 17th again? He also happens to be my Vuelta leader.
Being a bit harsh here as this didn't really suit him. and we'll have better months once Terpstra and Nieve are racing.
Thanks for the fast updates bikex!
