As far as I remember he didn't do anything wrong after his 2 week ban so how he got permabanned is beyond me. |

Errr that is beyond everyone, but Sn concluded it was because of some admin's accidental mistake. Please can we avoid the whole Admir discussion? Not blaming anything on anyone but I'd really like not to come back at that.

Oh, i was so funny back then. Btw this topic should never die, as it was the worst day in Daily history to ban a member for trolling. I lost all the respect for certain members that day.
Also i still have the feeling that admirschleck is operating here under different account.

Trolling and sockpuppeting should result in a permanent ban in my opinion unless the user promises he wouldn't be doing it again.
Tafiolmo I am a fan of Schleck only because of Galibier 2011.Oh and their tactic at Luz-Ardiden was pretty funny and interesting.That stage is the second reason for it. |

You basically contradicted yourself in the same post I think it was already thoroughly explained why he got banned, and that's exactly for the 2nd part of your post, along with something else. Although I'm not sure if he promised he'd never do it again, we'll all agree he's been warned quite a few times and he kept on doing that.
Plus, this part of SN's post covers it all:
TMM has covered what happened when he decided to return this week, a couple of weeks after his ban had ended, and he didn't exactly give us much choice. The decision that it had to be a permanent ban was unaminous amongst the Admins who were online at the time.
I'm not sure what he posted that time around, nor do I want to know, but if he was banned, there was more than a valid reason.
