I shall not be doing anything regarding stat suggestions as I know he is a good climber and stage racer and it is up to SN and others as to what his potential should be but he only just turned 22 and has signed a WT contract with Movistar for the next two years.
As said by Sotd at an earlier stage he needs an upgrade because in the db he is rather poor and never had a good potential but he has definitely shown that he is a very strong sprinter.

Some descent New Zealand helpers!
Most of the races they race is not UCI registered so they don't get as many points as the european riders, but theyr're still on the same level.
Agree with Luis Leon Sanchez stats, he’s a former triathlete that is gone to the road with the Avanti Team. He has done well in the National Championship with first being third in 2014 and then letting his older teammate Joe Cooper win in 2015. He didn’t sprint for the win and said after the race, he gave Cooper the victory because he was older, and he was sure he was going to have other chances another year! Another Avanti Team rider. Descent TT rider, but mostly just a helper. He was second in the first timetrial in New Zealand Cycle Classic and third in the U23 TT National Championship.
A real fighter. This man just loves breakaways. Won the most combative rider 3 out of 5 possible stages in the Tour of Southland. Has raced a lot of cobbles in Belgium and is improving a lot.
Diabetic riding for Team Novo Nordisk. He was showing great potential as a junior and won Tour of Canberra U17 and Over 10 Victories in France as a Junior U19. Was then diagnosed with diabetes, stopped for a while and then returned with Novo Nordisk. Has since then won the U23 jersey in Joe Martin Stage Race and was in the Breakaway on the 3. Stage of Tour of Denmark which was his first professional race.
Sprinter doing half a year as a staigire at Drapac, he signed for Drapac for the next season. Domen Novak
This years white jersey winner of the Tour of Slovenia & runner-up at Settimana Bartali shows his talent when it comes to climbing. He already shown that last year winning white at the Sibiu Tour, but impressive was his ride at this years Tour de Slovenia mountain finish, where he stayed with Roglic for a long time to secure his victory.
David Per
David had his big year back in 2013, where he smashed several junior races. After a good first year in 2014 (including U23 TT of Slovenia) he struggled over the 2015 season due to injuries. He still managed to get Top 10s in both NC Road Race & TT. He used to be a stage racer, but as seen in Tour of al Zubarah he can also deliver on flat stages. The great junior results still make him a decent prospect for the future.
He´s also a solid mountain-biker, which implicates his good bike-handling skills.
Klemen Stimulak
The domestique as you love him. Rides always on the front of the peloton despite he gets his chances in breakaways. A powerhouse on all kinds of terrain, with a special addiction to Time Trials.
Gasper Katrasnik
Katrasnik is a mixture of fighter and sprinter. He can win by impressive long range attacks on bumpy races (GP Sarajevo) as well as deliver in bunch sprints (European RR U23). Signed his first CT-contract this year, his career looks to go straight up. His latest racing at the Tour de l'Avenir seems to prove that.
Josip Rumac
Josip already has some teams behind him, at Etixx, Adria and now Synergy Baku he got some input for developing to a pretty decent sprinter. 2nd at the Croatian NC this year, 9th at the European U23 RR and the final leadout for several victories of Marko Kump.
Martin Laas
Most of it was said already, he is great on bumpy stages, especially sprinting out of a reduced bunch. I see more of a sprinter than a puncheur in him.
Martin Otonicar
Radenskas Martin Otonicar showed his sprinting and time-trialling skills this year especially at the Istrian Spring Trophy, where he took green with breakaways and sprints. He´s pretty decent in coming over hills as well, to add he seems to be a great flat-one day racer for 1.2 level (1st GP Banja Luka, 2nd Kosice-Miskolc, 4th Trofej Umag).
Matej Drinovec
This guy is hard to judge. Nearly no references despite Strava are achievable for his cycling abilities. He signed a deal with Adria Mobil this year, but why? He comes from ski-jumping, and takes his great body control and the perfect climbing-body with him. A lightweight for his heigth, he might follow the footsteps of Roglic at the Slovenian team and turn into a great climber.
Marko Pavlic
Marko seems to be the most talented guy of Radenska. He Had his kind-of breakthrough this year, when he raced a great Course de la Paix including a 2nd stage result and P7 in the GC. He could also stay in white for two days at the Tour of Slovenia. He has delivered on every terrain so far (despite cobbles), even his TT has brought him some points. Signed for the new Cycling Academy team this year, a step forward for his developement. Most likely he will turn out to be a puncheur.
Rok Korosec
Korosec seems to love long time trials and short & flat first stages of tours, because that´s where he delivers best. He is a great domestique who stays with the peloton for most of the race on every terrain, even if he is doing the pacemaking for long terms. Not only in the youth races, where he also took his chances himself, but also at .2 or even .1 races (Tour of Croatia)
Jure Miskulin
Jure is a pure sprinter. He had his great youth seson back in 2012 and than couldn´t deliver for two years, but lately he managed to achieve some acceptable results. He could be on his way to find his old form again.

I think this guy from the Faroe Islands (I know it officialy is a part of Denmark, but in many ways they are a country by them selfs) would be fun to have in the game. He's the Faroe champion in both RR and TT. Not very good, but then again
we have other guys from unique countrys who isn't that good in real life!

I doubt all of them will be added with suggested stats. SN usually adds one or two at my suggested stats and adds the rest as he thinks fit. It keeps things better balanced this way

Do you live on cloud-cuckoo the land? The perfect team?! You had exactly zero posts in all PCT threads combined this season, so you probably don't know what an effective PCT rider looks like.
Well ask any PCT manager and they will tell you that all of those riders I suggested combined would struggle to score more than 40 points in a good PCT season. All of them are low-mid tier CT level domestiques, 40% of them are not even Brazilian, Camilo is a worse type compared to (Egidio- 26 points this season), Marques is a climber who would struggle to score 20 points at PCT level and De Matta is a much worse version of Ballan (15 points). Hardly the perfect PCT team then, of those riders we would only consider going after one or two of them if we haven't filled up the team by the end of the season.

That was a childish and completely unnecessary attack; you should be ashamed of yourself for stooping to such low standards. I have thanked you before for your reporting which has been extremely helpful in making the MG move swiftly and efficiently, and I try and be as active as I can in the MG, but real life unfortunately gets in the way more often than I want to. I plead, sincerely, that you a) try to speak in a civil tone and b) desist from such angry rants in the future; the MG community is overwhelmingly friendly and polite, making an attack like this stick out like a sore thumb.

You attacked him and he defended himself, yes he went a little too far, but there was no reason for an attack given all he did was suggest some (reasonable) riders, your attack was just as childish and more unnecessary as his was.
This thread is for suggesting new riders, not bickering. If you have something constructive to say on a suggestion then say it, but there is no need for attacks on managers for making suggestions - and likewise no need for retaliatory attacks if people criticise your suggestions. If anyone has an issue with that, then feel free to PM me, but from now on any more posts irrelevant to the discussion will be deleted. I hope that is clear.
This year Majka got 3rd in the Vuelta, a stage win on stage 11 in Tdf, 7th in Romanide and finally a 2nd place in Milano - Torino. He has overall shown great leaders skills and will probably be Polands best climber ever, so he clearly deserves a stat upgrade!
In 2014 he won Tour de Pologne, 4th in USA Pro Challenge, Mountains Jersey in TdF (!!!) with two stage wins and to top everything off 6th in the Giro. I decided not to go too crazy with the stats, so without trying to be bias this is what I as a stat maker would add him with, as his palmares speak for themselves
There's a bulk batch of suggestions in the spoiler - just short of 30. I expect them all to be riders that Roman is aware of, and I'm also aware some of the suggestions may be considered too overpowered - I just went with what I thought was realistic when tailored to the Man-Game - but I don't expect them to be added as such, just suggesting things. Also, there's a few riders who I've suggested stat updates for who would see their rider type change - such as GVA and Simon Clarke - which obviously may not be wanted by SN, but I thought was worth suggesting. So here they go, look forward to the criticism

Michael Gogl - Puncheur who can sprint well and seems like just generally a very strong rider. Rode as a trainee for Tinkoff this season and has a 2 year contract following and some great results including 1st in GP Laguna (getting away at the end to finish 10 seconds ahead of the peloton, including Kump who came fourth), came 7th in the Istrian Spring Trophy including 10th in the prologue and 3rd on stage 1, 2nd on stage 4 and in the mountains classification on Rhone Alpes Tour, 4th in the Austrian Elite NC and 9th in the TT, 10th in stage 7 of the Int. Osterich Rundfhart, 5th in the youth classification at the Post Danmark Rundt to name a few results.
Nico Denz - A strong Prologue rider and stage racer who rode with Ag2r at the end of this season and has a 2 year contract now. Came 7th in the Pays des Savoie including 5th in the mountainous stage 1 and 6th in the 8.5km ITT on stage 4. Gianni Moscon - He may seem overrated in my stats but 4th in the U23 World Championships and aggressive in the 2014 race before crashing on the descent. This year he was also the U23 Italian Champion, won the Trofeo Almar and Cita de San Vendemiani, came 2nd in the U23 Ronde van Vlaaderen, 2nd in the prologue of l'Avenir, as well as 6th on stage 4 and 7th on stage 5, 5th in the Course de la Paix and has a contract with Sky signed for the next 2 seasons. Really a top puncheur talent
Simon Consonni - 2nd in the U23 World Championships definetly show his talent, he also came 3rd in the points and stage 1 at l'Avenir, 1st in La Cote Picardie and 2nd in Gran Premio Della Liberzione and has a 2 year contract with Lampre signed for 2017 and 2018. He's a great punchy sprinter even if he's not quite as good as Moscon.
Miloš Borisavljevic - Descent Time Trialist who won the Serbian U23 TT and came 2nd in both the Elite National RR and TT and was the 2014 Serbian Champion. Came 14th last year in the tour of Szekerland and 14th in Race Horizon Park 3, this year came 6th in the youth at Black sea cycling Tour and 6th in Grand Prix Sarejavo, as well as 13th in the GC at Ronde de l'Isard, not really the greatest talent but a descent TTist and puncheur.
Frantisek Sisr - Descent Czech Climber who had some pretty good results this season, came 1st in the youth, 4th in the points and 8th in the GC of tour d'Azerbaijan 2nd in stage 4, 4th on stage 2 of Carpathian Couriers Race U-23, 1st in Korona Kocich Gor, 3rd in the Czech National Championships, 1st in the Points classification and 2 stage podiums of East Bohemia Tour, 12 GC in Tour of Taihu Lake and won the mountains of the Tour of Fuzhou.
Here's my (pretty bad) suggested stats, I know the two Italians sound high but they are really big talents:
