This story is mainly going to be run by both Jandal and I, although will completely be based upon community involvement.
We've Got Nothing. And we need to build up from scratch
In this new story the community will manage a team and the riders in it. From voting for a nationality, sponsor, riders in the team and everything else. Once the season starts you can 'sponsor' a rider, influencing their progression and schedule.
The team will be completely made from scratch and completely rely on the opinions of followers or anybody who wants to vote in a poll/post, first with a chance to suggest and vote on nationality, then sponsors and eventually individual riders for the team.
You will also be able to sponsor a rider to influence their schedule and training, this can be an existing rider as well as the team will have a few spots for U21 custom riders, who will be creatable when we have riders creation.

We want to keep this moving and given CT is ahead considerably, we will be competing in the Continental division. Next is to choose the nationality.
It will be run in 2-3 phases, first we will have a preference system to decide the region of the world, then vote on the nationality and wether it is a double nationality or single nationality team.
Region voting:
First up is region voting, there are 9 regions, you can select up to five of them (you can select less if you want), the first preference gets 5 points, the second gets 4, the third gets 3, the fourth gets 2 and the fifth gets 5 and we will select the region with the most points, with which one has been selected 1st the most as a tie-breaker. Post in the thread below your preferences.

Note: there are some mistakes with countries not in PCM or missing, if you want to know about a specific country you can ask and they will be correct for the nationality voting
Also some countries (Italy, San Marino, Germany, Spain and Portugal) appear twice, this is so they can fit in with other nationalities that make sense.
And even if I country is not picked it can still be a focus if it makes sense with sponsors, or you just get some riders from there.
