Talent Development - ALTANZUL & DELGERBAYAR
So at the moment we don't have a lot of riders that can develop a lot while in the CT which is something that we are going to focus on changing next season. However, the 2 riders we do have that can develop have gotten enough experience to "level up". DELGERBAYAR and ALTANZUL have both rode enough this season to be pushed up to level 4 and gain some improved "stats". Over the past week we sat down with each of them and worked out a training plan that would improve their so called "statistics". Below is an overview of their new and improved selfs and why they chose that specific training segment.

"I chose to upgrade my sprinting this season but I did a lot of my training on the track for this upgrade. It helped a lot with my strength in a sprint as well as a prologue. I feel a lot more comfortable during a sprint and I can get off the line a lot quicker now thanks to training up my acceleration."

"I focused on my Time Trial. I have always seen myself as the top Mongolian Time Trialist and I want to keep it that way! I had a great coach and he helped me get my mind right when in a time trial. It was a long process but hopefully I can prove to my team manager and the other riders on Fox Sports that I came out better then ever before!"
So there you have it. These 2 riders are going to be sticking around for at least one more season which is very exciting as they have still got a lot to offer this team! Hopefully next season as we move into new sponsorship we can get a lot more talents that will be around for years to come and can help the team get into a promotional position in the next few years.

Thanks. It has been a struggle with continuous updates but I am glad that I am able to keep it updated.

Herald Sun Tour & Acropolis Cup - Disappointing Finishes, Another Goal Failed!
Lets start with the Acropolis Cup. The team looked to be ready to have a good race as we had BERTILSSON successful in making the breakaway. Unfortunetly due to some really hard chasing the breakaway duo was caught. In the end the only rider of ours in the front group was BERTILSSON and he couldn't sprint and finished 2nd last in the group. He was our best finisher in 56th position. Not a great race from our guys. Julien Simon of the OTP Bank - Slovnaft team took the win here.
Moving onto the Herald Sun Tour. Our goal was to take the GC win here. However, the race quickly turned into a disappointment. Our only good finish was on stage 2 with DASPUNTSAG getting into the breakaway and managing to sprint to 7th place. That was our only good finish and finish even close to the top 10. The GC was won by Aidis Kruopis of Indosat - ANZ. DASPUNTSAG was our best finishing in 36th + 1'03. So goal failed and not even close to achieving the goal.

To go with the new seasons maillot, the team suppliers have begun to come forth with their updates.
Felt continues with providing the frames, now incorporating the new blue pattern:

GP Yekaterinburg & Ruta America del Sur - Disappointing end to a disappointing season
The GP Yekaterinburg was the 2nd last race we took part in this season. A lot of attacks in this race. Unfortunately none of them came from us. In the end it was the favourite Jose Mendes took the victory ahead of Marc De Maar and Julien Simon. DASPUNTSAG was our best coming in 27th 41' behind. Not a great race for us.
The Ruta America Del Sur was our final race of the season and the last stage race of the entire season as well. We came here looking for a stage win however it wasn't too be. The best result for the team was 7th place from DASPUNTSAG in stage 2. GIACOPPO managed to do well too coming in 9th place in stage 7. The winner of the GC was Frantisek Rabon of the Novatek-Panarmenian.net team. DASPUNTSAG got 2nd in the KOM ranking only losing it in the final stage.
