Riders that were put on the transfer market in the first round but weren't bought aren't listed anymore. If you still want to sell them make a new post.

TVM and Achieve Northside will have to sell a rider now, to get back to a positive budget (TVM) or to free up space for another rider (Achieve). If they don't manage to do that, they risk that a rider is taken from them.
Also I want to warn teams Filliers, Celesio, UNHCR, Smartone and Renova to look at their budget so they don't spend to much and in the end still are able to fill their development team.
For now I'll open this round untily Friday, but that's not a fixed deadline yet. |

Sorry I have to cancel this bid. It would see Team Cymru Wales over their budget. If noone else puts up a bid Ollfardh accepts on Lighthart. He will get a compensation from TCW.
Edit: Update: Since this potentially screws up Ollfardh planning. I'll allow the deal, but remove Tom Danielson from Team Cycmru Wales and the team is excluded from transfers/signings this transfer season.
