Was almost certain he would go to Tinkoff with the ride he put in for Contador in the Giro, but guess not.
A PCT team would be good for him so we can get to see him in a leading role again-

"massive pulls" are worth nothing on 15% steep ramps.
It was more Anton trying to get on the screen for once.

Nah, Contador would have done fine with or without Anton. Aru was the critical element of that stage and him suffering allowed Contador to reel back and control Landa. Anton's pulls was great to see but let's not oversell it.

How would it be a tragic career end for him? He can be thankful if anyone gives him a contract next season, maybe One can sign him as they did sign Goss so they don't mind throwing money down the toilet
