Looks great! Looking very much forward to try these stages out. If the scenery is just half as good as in your Giro variant, it will be more than enough! |

I think some of the variants are a bit too short, but if the scenery is the same, I'm sure I'll enjoy those km, alot more than usal!
EDIT: Just saw that the last routes was nationals Would be nice to see the route of Este as a worlds variant too (with a big flat circuit er something before the final circuits )
EDIT EDIT: Would be ncie to see a worlds variant from Croatia

Then it surely is great!
I've played Torino and Chioggia and it's great. There is a little problem with Chioggia though, as a stand is "blocking" the road right after the finish line, and a bunch of people are "blocking" the corner just after that.
Beside this little "bug" it's great and a lot of fun!
And I would like to see a World Champ in Croatia too |

Is it possible to make the last one a hill race? It doesn't seem flat

It's the automatic classification from stageditor.
Maybe the race will be open for all riders.
In all, 4 Italian championships :
- 3 hill race with different profiles
- 1 completely flat
- 1 flat or hill, cyclists choose in game |

These are just stunning, and happy to see those super zcts files used in new stages. If to short as Nat races they might be good for fantasy Grand Prix races.
Thanks mate

Thanks,
No for National Championships, they aren't to short. Distances are normal. I think Maddrengen thought at first that it was World Championships. |

Here is a Giro feedback by Clamel he sent me to MP. It's really fun, thank you to him
Cheers mate,
The finish on that stage at Sirmione on the lake Garda was just stunning. I visited that place many years ago and it was fun to see a stage ending there. My credits also go to you for the stage in and around Rome. The best Giro finish I have seen of all the variants made. The thrill of watching (F6) from the front of the peloton backwards with the Coloseum and The Viktor Emmanuel Monument in the distance as the peloton leaves Rome was quite stirring. Then getting back on your version of Via Appia, passsing the little church with the imaginary footprint of Peter made memory of my own walk along that road coming back. You Sir made the Eternal city come alive more than any other before.
Following your "creation" of Friedrichhaven is a joy. Haven't you got time for anything else?? Building up cities like that must take hundreds of hours. You just don't "throw" IBs down you place them with great care and it's so bloody alive that one thinks it's a broadcast in the TV. Playing with stages with only auto-cities after your creations is a huge let-down. I have never been roused by stages that have climbs matching Mt Everest, but with stages that are indeed alive as you make them.
Now I just wait for your up-coming creations with anticipation.
Thanks again for a stunning Giro
Good on you mate

I've finally managed to play some Giro stages. The graphics are awesome, but those narrow roads are really detrimental to the gameplay Such a shame, because the rest of it is brilliant

Thanks
But you exaggerate, there aren't really a lot of narrow roads (maybe in 4 stages), over very short distances, sometimes downhill like on the Stelvio, and they are most of the time when the stage is very advanced and selection is made (Mangart, Borgo San Dalmazzo, Via Appia).
When we read you, it seems it's everywhere and that it is unplayable ! that's not the truth. |

As said, I didn't play all stages yet. However, on the Stelvio it did become very apparent for me. Even in a group of about 30 (which I happened to experience) it can be extremely annoying.
I haven't played the final stages yet, so I stand corrected for those. Still, any unnecessary narrow roads are a real shame in my opinion.

But I always try to avoid putting narrow roads. When I put in the mountains is that I can't do otherwise because the bends are too tight.
For example, I have not put in the Gavia or Mortirolo when some stagemakers asked me.
The only time I put narrow roads voluntarily, it's the last small part of the Via Appia, at the very end of the last stage.
And, as in reality, placement is important when playing the wins in the mountain stages. |

This is just another master piece mate.
Just have a good look at this work when racing it. Click into F7 mode and see the surrounding areas of the parcours while you race it.
This is faaar from barren with a live landscape. NO auto-cities but lots of goodies as far as your eye can see.
It must have taken tons of hours/days to create.
Truly skilled stage creating is always appreciated by anyone that looks for a complete parcour. Lots to learn by study this piece IMHO
My thanks for this experience
