Gougeard wins the GC. Really boring race with a prologue and four sprint stages.
Laporte takes his first win between the pro's.
And for the comedy value I'll add this result.

Sinkeldam wins the Memorial Frank Vandenbroucke with a very long sprint or very late attack. Ligthart 2nd, Van Asbroeck looks to be third. edit: yes it is him

Weird stage in Dubai. Seems like the heat really made an impact on the riders. |

The results in Singkarak are hilarious! After stage 6 there are 8 Irainians in the top 10 with the top 5 positions occupied by our beloved Riders from Iran with Jai Crawford in 6th only 4:55 down.....
Love the Anti Doping controls in Asia

It would seem that Tabriz Petrochemical Team have found it's match in Pishgaman Giant Team |

Poor old Tabriz getting left behind but with any luck they will step up next season and we can see some thermonuclear cycling in Asia next year. I remember reading about how Patrick Bevin who's signed for Cannondale next season getting his arse handed to him by Tabriz and Pishgaman. It's really funny and it's not funny at the same time.

Prades wins in Italy.
The previous stage in China was won by Colli. Today Wang wins in his home country. Colli keeps the leader's jersey.
Oh, Pishgaman.

Hope Boonen has a good season next year. These last few years really haven't been great for him. But somehow he has still won races every season, just shows what a world class rider he is |
