More than just doping. He was also trafficking doping products. He got caught and banned for life all the way back in 2008. But he appealed this decision and he is still riding to this day. |

I wasn't defending him at all as he's dodgy as all hell but he appealed the lifetime ban and won so he's free to race, he won't be the only rider in the peloton in today's race that's trafficked doping products. I'd prefer it if he wasn't out there but I feel the same about the unrepentant Valverde
