Career mode - Teams are getting to strong

Hey Community

I've encountered that doing a long career the best riders will end up riding for only a handfull of teams, namely Tinkoff and Sky. So my question is, is it possible to tweak something in the database, which will make the teams more equal in terms of the riders that they're able to sign?

I think in the row dyn_sponsor, you could change the reputation of each sponsor. I think this could help.

Editing the budget of each team in dyn_sponsor, under value_i_budget, definitely helps.

How much do you reduce the budgets?

That depends on how much you feel the teams should be worse. For instance, if Tinkoff signed 2 riders on a high wage and you want them not to afford them anymore, you can reduce the salary cap from say 13000000 to 9000000 Wink
