Is there any need to have these selected? Can't find any jerseys that are for former champs with the piping only included, so is there any other area of the game (other than visuals basically) that is affected?

Thanks pal. I guess what I mean is though, are the jerseys even affected by this? I have never seen any jerseys for former national/world champs, but I have only used what is in the big PCM daily expansion packs. |

there's no jersey but they have a sign on the collar and on the sleeves with the rainbow or national stripes  |

Look for them.
Though if they're missing, maybe you don't have the right files? Though with the daily exp pack, they should be there. |

They should be there already but the Expansion Pack added some more. They can be found in 3d/cyclists/cloth/country.
