You can definitely edit the sponsors you have, and why would you need anything else? It's the same thing, just that it's not offered to you before coming in to effect.

Editing sponsor offers does not make much sense. If you want to have a certain sponsor, just edit it to your team.
Another option would be to edit for example the nationalities of sponsors which already made an offer. |

If you're looking for a way to have a certain sponsor in the next year of your career:
1. Go in dyn_sponsor and change Contract End-year to the current year
2. Go in dyn_team and edit value_i_sponsor_future with this algorithm. You can find the sponsorid in the sponsor table. The bugdet is the total budget for the whole year and you must divide it for 1000.
(65536*IDsponsor) + (budget/1000)
So, for EXAMPLE:
For sponsor "Matt's Bakery" that has id 10 you must execute this:
(65536x10) + (9999000/1000)
655360 + 9999 = 665359 (the value you will put into value_contract_future)
Remember that it's reccomended to do it before the season is over (25 october).

@Matt: Are you sure about your last sentence, I would have thought that you have to do it BEFORE the end of the season, so that the new sponsor can be applied by the game at the end of the season. |

Looks like today is not my day... Sorry guys, I meant before, as if you do it after all will be decided, even though I m not sure about the consequences as the game could either reset that column for the year after so that no changes would t a ke place or keep it so that the changes would take place after the end of the next year.

If I get it right... when I change sponsor ID it should also chance who offers contract. It's that true?
For example: I have offer from team with ID 15 and I want offer from team with ID 20. So I just change their ID's... works it that way?
(I'm in work so can try it in the evening at home but if someone else has experience with that I would like to know) |

No, the instructions from Matt are not about sponsor offers.
Using the instructions above, you will assign another sponsor to your team for the next season.

No, I think you misunderstood what the guide above is aiming to change. Just like Lachi said, it won't change who will do the offer in game, it will just change the sponsor you'll have the next year avoiding the part of the sponsor offers.

Yes. I changed IDsponsor (switch) and now I have offer from sponsor that I want. I only need to edit also sponsor regions because it change too.
So... it looks like it works. |

I have a small problem in my singleplayer.. I'm at 20 feb, and now Astana (not my team) announces that they won't sponsor their own team for next season.. I changed the lenght of the contract but didnt have an effect.. Do you know how to make this right.. It didnt appear i my first career only in second.. I know @Matt17br read my post yesterday, but i cant understand if this i what i'm looking for.. Should i make a new "Astana"?! must be an easier way... ? |

I tried to go back to my old career and copy the Astana bars to my new career, but that doesnt seem to work, like theres something else that needs to be changed...!

I changed the contract lenght to 2015... sponsorID for Astana is 11..
so 11x65536 =720896.. where does this 65536 come from.?
budget is 10050000 ... == 10050+720896 = 730946
this last number is but in "value_contract_future"
cant make it fit.. I know u guys are insane in what u do here on this site, so i must to it wrong

Perhaps try with a lower budget? Try putting 721901 in value_contract_future.

Please help with this...
I had made a a change to my wheels sponsor at the end of the first year but somehow the screen for the same is coming blank. The frame sponsor screen is fine, whose contract I had only renewed. As a result, I cannot progress beyond 1st January of the second year as the game asks me to set R&D activities but there's nothing to set in the same page. Also, the wheels sponsor section in the 'Equipment suppliers page shows 'No sponsor selected'. Is there any way to rectify this?
I have attached screenshots of the pages as well.
