I run 1:46 constantly with some 1:45ers in it. Stahli is around 0.5-1s slower.(I speak for him because he won't post here. -.-)

Shouldn't posting on PCM.daily be a requirement of being in the PCM.daily league? It's not exactly hard to do!
UK flag is fine by me, and I'll stick with the same number I already have. (06)
Best time remains at 1:51, haven't been on since Saturday though and had no chance yet to watch the practice race replays to try and figure out where I'm losing time. Not entirely sure that I can make the race this week anyway.

I'm a pro my best time was that 1:46.1 I did in the test races, i run 1:47's consistently so not as fast as Paul in the long run (unless I pull off one of those 1:36's again )
John St Ledger in Team Bunzl-Centrica and Team U25
Red Bull Driver in RFactor

Is there a race/championships rules summary somewhere?

Points:
Pos. | No. of Points | 1 | 25 | 2 | 18 | 3 | 15 | 4 | 12 | 5 | 10 | 6 | 8 | 7 | 6 | 8 | 4 | 9 | 2 | 10 | 1 |
Weight penalties will be clarified once 4 races have been completed
There is no concrete penalty system, Paul and I just decide after watching the offence
Please tell me if anything else needs to be clarified |

I would add that simple rules, such as "Pit speed" apply.
Also 1 stop has to happen for everyone.

Are there only points given if you complete 100% distance, no scaling?

If you fail to finish because of damage then you will get 0 points.
If you complete 75% of the race and disconnect you will get full points, but will drop to the bottom of the race rankings at the end of the race |

Also TMM, as you may have noticed....destroying these cars is almost impossible. Even trek should be able to make it a few laps
Thats why we went with that 75% thing.
For Zandvoort it means that you could be over 6 laps down and still be awarded points. And as you can spot, the racing is much tighter than in the F1 mod.
I'm so hyped for Zandvoort already

Hold your words until we go to a tighter track like Bathurst, Surfers or Monaco. TCC's are tough but they are still very breakable if you catch the wrong bump or bit of wall

Hey guys,
I was so dumb to Upgrade to Windows10(my PC needed a reset)
So rFactor seems to not run on Win8 and higher. Has anyone here Win10 and got it running? The "rFactor just stopped working" message is my error.

It can be run on Windows 10, and Windows 8 and 8.1.
Try manually downloading and installing DirectX 9 Paul.
If that doesn't work, try this:
"What have we learned? If you have problems with Windows 10 and rFactor1, replace outdated rFactor.sxe with the new 1255G .exe (mine is dated June 10 2013) and keep your activation key and/or purchase receipt in a safe place which you can remember. " |

My laps are mostly 1.50/1.51's.
I've definitely improved my consistency; number of errors is way lower than in Austria. Next thing to improve is speed.
Also I think I'm going to buy a used G25 wheel, because the extremely smooth steering I see guys like Paul do in the replays seems almost impossible to do on the Xbox 360 controller I'm using.

I think its possible to be very smooth with a controller but it takes a lot of practice. I had a wheel and I found I was slower with it initially.
