Pretty impressive from Ewan to beat two of the best uphill sprinters of the present time, but being some 15-20kgs lighter surely helps a lot in that.

Very impressive from Ewan there, you thought it was nailled on for Sagan but actually twisty narrow one and welcome that Ewan can make it up.
It is strange that for a light sprinter he was dropped the other day. I guess it is all about experience GT stages don't get much easier than yesterdays stage.
Don't really get the time gaps - didn't really seem like much of a gap to me when they do this it doesn't really help the whole GC leaders want to be at the front all the time thing we have at th moment.
Now two tough ones where gaps will be bigger that two seconds. It will be interesting to see how Chaves - Dumoilin - Roche cope. These three seem on level with the big top Tour three. I think Aru/TvG may be in difficulty though we shall see.

@Smowz:
I don't think that Chaves, Roche or Dumoulin are there with the Top guys. They only won the stage because the favs didnt care enough. I think Chaves will get a Top10, but there's not much more for these guys. Dum(b)oulin will probably win the ITT.

Seemed like Sagan was pretty beat from the day before. |

Only the last 4km of Stage 6 are really difficult so I dont see them going anywhere today.
Valverde or Purito should win though.
Stage 7 if rode hard enough should be the point where the bigger names come to the front. |

Hoping for a Katusha win here today.
On this day 4 years ago Rodriguez won a stage, whilst 2 years ago, it was Daniel Moreno who did the same. Today? |

The favorites really don't give a shit about Chavez. Hope he makes them pay dearly for this. |

Another fabulous win from Chaves. However the main contenders just sat on and were not to unhappy seeing him have a gap. |

Its quite simple: Chaves is just simply the best. Don't let the peloton fool you, they simply arent better at this point.
Chavito is so good! I love that little guy. |

And Dan Martin
I cant watch a bike race where either Martin and Hesjedal are present and not lol. Its like both of them wont even bother to try to learn of their mistakes |
