Not the most popular sport/sport entertainment but I enjoy watching RAW, Smackdown and the monthly PPV's. So this is just a little discussion thread for those who watch the shows (probably just me and jdog xD)

I saw RAW and Smackdown for a couple of years ago. Until the channel stopped with it.

I see a bit of it occasionally, but haven't really watched much in a few years now. Hard to believe Tyson Kidd is still there let alone a title holder, last time I remember he seemed to be doing nothing for months on end.

I watch it every week, usually not paying much attention to it, though. RAW's been pretty poor lately. NXT, however, has been quite good, and Kevin Owens is a great champ.

I agree about RAW, it is just the same EVERY WEEK, by that I mean Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan vs. some authority tag team and then Reigns and Bryan win every time but then have a small tussle at the end, yawn |

By lately, I mean pretty poor since SummerSlam. So that's for more than 6 months... There has been a few highlights, but overall, it's been poor since then.

Definitely! Going with Sheamus cashing in unless they pull a swerve and have Rollins win clean. I don't think Sting will show up. I am thinking they will have Undertaker go over this time but Lesnar would have to take another break afterwards. Rest of the show is meh, although the hype for Arrow & Stardust is getting my attention, mainly because of Barrett

Lesnar should go over Taker IMO, otherwise it would sort of be like the streak didn't mean anything. I am also fairly excited for the Amell and Stardust match, was quite impressed with the guys athleticism when he jumped over the barricade and the top rope on RAW. Divas revolution has already becoming super boring so I will probably skip that match. Owens and Cesaro match should be an excellent match, assuming that it is happening ofc. Hoping Cena doesn't win, I want Rollins to retain, Sheamus doesn't seem WWEWHC material at the moment.
Should be a great PPV overall, very excited for it. |

Have to disagree because I think Sheamus has a good enough character and enough heel momentum to be a good champion. The downfall is that a feud with Cena lingers afterwards, and the US title suddenly would become a mystery. Cena would likely keep it.
Would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see Cesaro get a chance at the title.

Cesaro is the best man in the company right now.
Would you think about RAW, OK in my opinion, looks like Taker is the heel in the feud with Brock Lesnar. |

Mark out moment! By far probably the best RAW this year. Sting in the main event and likely getting the belt. Dudley Boyz back FULL TIME, likely to grab the tag titles soon, and Cena looking lost in the picture for the time being. Only negative thing is that it looks like Lesnar might be taking a few more months off for the time being. They NEED to have Sting appearing more than monthly to keep the story clean and the ratings good. Also interested in the new Wyatt member, they need to make him look strong for awhile while also making a good story.

Agree with all of your points, surely that RAW was conducted by some one else this week, WE ACTUALLY SAW STORY LINE PROGRESSION!!! |

Loved the Dudley Boys coming back think them and The New Day (whose character is awesomely played even if just stole of Bo Dallas (NXT Version) especially Xaiver Woods whose mic skills are spot on) could form a really great rivalry if Kidd and Cesaro join in a 3 way rivalry with the belt switching hands a lot and possibly ending in a 3 way tag team TLC or Ladder match could be insane.
Sting coming back is cool going after Rollins is okay I guess just not too interesting really for me anyway though I can't see who else could be pushed at the moment Sheamus came to mind after his big win over Orton and Orton possibly but they've done Orton'/Rollins to death. So bringing in Sting works.
For me i'd love to see Rusev get a push as we haven't had a champion like him in years his matches are interesting and he's very athletic for a big man and I think there's a few ways his character could go for sure. (For me an international brawl of Rusev for Bulgaria , Sheamus for Ireland, Someone for USA and Cesaro for Switzerland , one for Canada and Barrert for England could be an awesome Survivro Series match but that's just my GM head from WWE 2k coming on
With regards Cena I can't see him being out of the picture for very long here for two reasons 1. He didn't lose clean AGAIN! 2. I'm pretty sure we are building up to his 17th world title win at Wrestlemaina next year hence Jon Stewart mentioning it now |

Kidd is out with injury. He had surgery which is a (supposedly) miracle to survive. Real bad neck injury, so Kidd and Cesaro is done for a good while.

Not sure if it's the end of his career. He's not paralyzed as far as I know, so he might do a comeback from it. However, there are many fans of his out there that hopes he retires from wrestling and becomes a trainer, as he's an excellent wrestler.

I think I have to agree with this point. He never really was a big superstar and he very well would be able to train someone who can get better momentum.
