Does anyone know if it is possible to create team specific helmets? Is it also possible to create helmets for National Champions as well? |

Yes, you can create team specific equipment (including helmets). And no, you cannot use NC helmets, since the complete team will use the NC helmets then, which obviously is not what you want.

Depending on your database this could be a fairly easy job. Ideally your database already has the Evade helmet in it and assigned to the Specialized teams (Astana, Etixx, Tinkoff etc.). If that is the case it is just putting a custom version in the Helmets folder and giving it the correct name, as can be seen below:
I am using the FDB15 here and the Evade is used by several teams, including Astana, Etixx and Tinkoff, which have custom versions. It is as simple as putting the correct team abbreviation in the file name.
However, if the Evade helmet is not currently in your database, then you will have to put it in there (the 'neutral' Evade helmet, not the customs), assign that helmet to the correct brand and if you have started a career already you will have to edit/add some more information to other database tables. yes we added those in the download, but not in the database, cause another team could get a team specific helmet in the second season. Best is to add a new brand and only assign the team specific one  As described by Deksel and hope my tip is understandable

you just have to copy the name of the whole .nif file(s) over in sta_equipment_model and remember you need to add both the TT and Road Race helmet
