Foul-start for both Chelsea and Everton  Still I doubt anyone could take away the title from Chelsea. The others simply can't learn from their mistakes. Arsenal has no good CB to back up Mertesacker and Koscielny(if they're considered good since I have some reserves about that), United have no idea what they're doing with the ball and we saw that today. Man City have two flops for CBs, which can be seen from last year. I won't even comment Liverpool. |

Totally agree, but the transfer window is still open, I don't think Arsene will finish their transfers for this year just by buying Petr Cech.

I really can't wait for the start of the new season. The team looks to have improved with Clyne, Milner and Benteke (Firmino is still a question mark). I just hope Rodgers realizes that Sakho should start as center left back and not Lovren.

Is Sakho injured? Not even on the bench today.
I could easily picked Can to play with Skrtel instead of Loren as well,
That said I have not seen any pre season games so they may want to play with Can on midfield this year instead of back. |

Apparently his wife gave birth to their child this week and he missed some trainings.
Can will be used in midfield this year. He was amazing as a defender when they played with 3 full backs though.
And it looks like they are back at 4-2-3-1. I was hoping for 4-3-3 or at least 4-4-2 with diamond.
