Boonen has become really good at low speed mass sprints

Giant completely forgot how to sprint train if it isn't for Kittel.

Not comparable to Poland's shittyness, but I still dont like it. Would like to fast forward to the end and a couple of days to the Vuelta
Its cool to see all the guys from the springs, tho, but still pretty meh for me.
It could be better, 3 sprint stages is too much, they should add more cobbles or hills.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Strange strange. Saturday Boucher learns his contract won't be renewed. Monday and Today he's in the break while working at the fron of the peloton yesterday. Now he's sent home by the team as punishment.

Proud with myself and I'm not alone. I'm forced to abandon and go home now. Decision by the team as punishment. (my team doesn't want me to go in the break). Very happy with all the support I got from all DS's and riders in the peloton. Thank you. Bravo to Arnaud (Demare) with his second place.

He played it really smart, he saw it was too soon and let Demare start the sprint, then come out if his wheel. He definitely lost some speed, but this is how he makes up

'Don't just show me Boonen, are you stupid, I want to see Greipel and Viviani suffering and doing badly...
now they show me Theuns, but he's a sprinter and finishes outside the Top 100, I don't want to see that...
thank god now they show Greipel...
uuuuuuuh he finishes outside the Top 100 too but #worthit'

It's not that hard to understand, LottoNL have been really good at time trials the entire year. Just look at the TDF prologue for instance with Van Emden, Kelderman and Gesink there.
Van Emdem has been really good in short ITT's this year, even better than before. This win was long due.
They won't win overall though. Gilbert and Van Avermaet are too close and can't fuck this up unless they become ego's again |

Seems like Bianchi's new TT bike is quite successfull, contrary to last year.
Gilbermaet will have to try and drop Kelderman on the cobbled stage. |

Couple questions. Why isnt Dan Martin in this race? Seems pretty much perfect for him to get a stage race victory.
How does Spilak finish 45 seconds down on the ITT? Are guys just terribly out of shape for this race? |

First question: It hardly suits him. Only stage that suits him is Saturday's stage in the Ardennes. All the other stages are bad for him.
2nd question: it was almost 30 degrees celcius. Spilak is the ultimate bad weather rider.

I guess I thought the next 3 stages were harder.
Thanks had no idea. Watching the Eurosport stream and didnt hear any mention of temp during the TT. |

Van Baarle is a dangerous guy to let go. He can cobble and get over the climbs. Same with Le Bon. |

Rain forecast. Looks like it'll be rainy for at least a large part of the stage.
