I've read in another thread (someone was asking for the differences of the difficulties) that the settings adjust the stats of the other riders.
So in career mode it affects the others team (and not your riders), in be a pro it affects the other riders (and so your team as well).
Well, I was considering it the other way : human rider having bonus/malus vs the other riders, but your way is probably the way it works (it is equivalent).
Anyway if team mates are treated like the other riders it is correct, but I have two contradictory answers to my question now... Wink

Does anyone have any idea for when a new official patch or even a new daily database update?

I want to start a new pro-mode carreer but not sure if I should wait just in case there is something just around the corner.

I was wondering, what exactly makes up the progess of a pro; results, bonus exp (which are bugged?) and training intensity? Or is training intensity only important for the racing, but not the overall progress of a rider?

Training intensity : no (you even progress during the season break).
Results? Possible. At least for bonuses.
Clearly : your orientation and your potential.
Probably : a part of random.
Anything else, I dont know.

I only gain xp the first time i win a jersey in a category (WC, HC, etc) the second time i win any jersey from any race in that category i don´t get any XP. The same happens with victorys in stages and top 3/5 finishes in the gc, i only get xp every time i go on a breakway. Is this normal or is my career bugged?

Hey! Got a couple question... Wink
How do you make your pro a good allrounder? Like Geraint Thomas or Kwiatkowsk.
If you set your pro as a stage racer but train coobles throughout his career is it then possible to be good at both things?
How does the progression works?
What do you guys think is the best pro allrounder you could possibly make?

Not to the same degree, no, but the fighter / barodeur can make you a decent allrounder.

Anyone finding the AI being a bit to strict when it when it comes to the breakaway only when your pro is in there? When i'm not in the break the breakaway is always limited to a few mins (2 or 3 max) and then leads to us always getting caught on the first climb of the stage. None of the riders in the break are anywhere near the GC contenders and yet we're never allowed to get away to even have a slight chance of winning the stage

It's not getting away that's the problem. As long as there's not to many riders or there's no rivals trying to escape the peleton is happy to let the break get formed. The problem i'm having is that i'm always getting caught early in the race because the break is only allowed 2/3 mins gap before the gap gets closed on the climb. This is on hard difficulty btw, i never had this problem on medium

I created 2 riders , the two being GC riders . But my first stopped with 83 mountain and the second one in the beggining of the 3rd season already stopped in 82 mountain .
Anybody knows why he doesnt reach 84 or 85 ? And how can I know in the beggining of the rider's career the limit he will have ?

Hello,

85 is usually reserved for mountain type riders. GC rider, I believe can reach a maximum of 84. I had a GC rider with 83 on mountains and 82 on hills. Another one had 84 on mountains and 81 on hills.
Anyway, I use pcmfast editor which is working quite well with PCM 2015 and you can see there your rider´s potential and even change them if you wish so. I believe I downloaded it from the PCM 2013 download section, or 2012 / 2014. Can´t remeber.

I downloaded the lachi's editor and even though i think i'm doing everything right when i go back to the save it seems that i didn't do nothing

Northern classics is probably your best option, but download an editor and fiddle around with stat limits to up the mountain and TT limits. You can already get to around 77 hill/sprint 80 acc and 83 cob with northern classics, as well as good back-up stats except rec iirc

Absolute noob to the series which I bought simply because of this mode, I love the solo career type games. Now I'm pretty much hooked, lol.

Just wondered if you would be kind enough to help me please?

I am struggling with the fitness vs freshness vs fatigue! It says if the fatigue goes above 25 you start dropping in performance but without training at level 4 to get fitness up, I'm running races at 75% fitness every race and this is obviously bad. Also when I train the freshness drops so much.

So I guess my questions are, at what level does fatigue (Red bar) really effect your rider and by how much and also how much does low freshness effect them?

Apart from training, I am LOVING this game, cheers!

I think fatigue starts affecting your performance levels when it reaches 50 and above, I haven't seen any difference between having 10 and something like 35 anyway.

I'd say freshness is the most important of those things looked at individually since the slight loss of the yellow (and green, I think) bars really takes their toll in-race.

I feel the best way to get maximum fitness & freshness is by having a lot of race days in a short period of time, rather than building fitness through training. I'm no expert though so I've had a hard time peaking at both during the first season/seasons of my career when there's fewer races to choose from, but it get's easier once you reach the world tour. Particularly if you're a stage racer/climber/sprinter who mainly targets the Grand Tours since you'll reach top fitness & still have top freshness pretty easily a week or so in to the race.

lachi´s editor doesn´t work weel with PCM2015. I know it never worked for me. Try instead the PCM fast editor which works great as I said in my previous post.
