As for the races, while making the Expansion Pack we noticed that ids bigger than 700 dont make races work.

Hm, interesting. Could you tell me what happens to the race with high id? Because I added some races with ids from 800 up and can play them as a one-off race. Haven't tried playing them in a career yet, but if it was really a problem, I would have to spend some time changing the save.

Btw, did you mean higher than 799? Because there are races with ids above 700 in the expansion pack.
