Stage 3 was a flat sprint stage but Fernando Camargo ended up losing two minutes, putting any GC hopes in danger.
Stage 4, however was a little hillier, but produced a result similar to that of stage 2, where this time a lone survivor just managed to stay ahead of the charging pack. A great win for Edwin Sanchez, and Castañeda retained the yellow jersey with a strong sprint into second place. Sevilla meanwhile was looking predatory, sprinting to 5th place. However the biggest story of the day was that Óscar Soliz, similarly to Camargo yesterday, lost nearly two minutes, suffering from stomach ache. With two of his main rivals seemingly out of contention for the overall before the mountains have started, Sevilla must be feeling in a good position now.
Sanchez celebrates victory after a deceptively tricky day in the saddle. You can see the yellow jersey of Castañeda and the Colombian NC jersey of Chalapud just behind him.
Tomorrow is a medium-mountain stage to Ibagué, with the same run-in as the stage last year that Sevilla won.

That was a nice win for Owen. I hope he'll keep doing cyclocross, though. |

Matti Breschel takes the stage victory for Tinkoff - Saxo, Lars Bak should move in to the leader's jersey I believe.

Indeed, excellent racing, I was very impressed with some younger Danish riders being in the front group and being active as well |

Breschel 4th victory on Kiddes. Gogo Matti!
Still hoping for Juul Jensen for the overall. Damn close for Kamp, he is a super talent. Thought better of Cort, seems to be more developing into a sprinter type on semi hilly terrain |

Liked watching Brandao get passed then sprinted back past them for 3rd, can't wait to see what W/Kg they put out as they were flying up that climb

Bart De Clerq wins stage for Lotto Soudal, and he is absolutely drained after the finish. Peloton got absolutely shattered on the categorised climbs with the high tempo, was nice to see a number of attacks out of the group of favourites.
