It's a totally different structure for PCM 15 sadly. It takes a lot of work to make it PCM 15 compatible.

It's a tga 32-bit file which looks like this: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/attachments...gs1080.png.
Along with the tga file there's a xml file which determines the position of each flag in the tga file. The position is determined by two coordinates, x and y. In italy's flag case y=129; x=161.
Don't worry though, unless you add a new flag you won't need to edit the file, you just need to replace each flag with the new one you made. In this way, you'll just have to put the new country_flags1080.tga file in the correct folder (Gui).
