You have to save it in .DDS as Car_Dirctr_TdfXXX_00_D in PCM15/CM_Meshes/cars folder (or if someone can convert it in .DDS and share a link  ) |

I already renamed it and converted it to a .dds file with paint.net. All you have to do it is extract it to PCM main folder

Paint.net on the newer versions can open and save .dds files.

Yeah but I want to make the photo at the top of this forum (tdf car) a .dds file, how do I make a file that isnt a .dds file a .dds file . |
