The reason why EBH has done well is because it's a mountainous tour and like Sagan he can ride the mountains well for a sprinter/classics man, which means he needs to put in less effort than say Cav to get over them, also his REC is quite good, but he certainly doesn't need a sprint upgrade. |

Ruta del Sol 2015
Criterium du Dauphine 2014
Dauphine one was hilly. Also Ruta del Sol one was not completely flat
Dauphine had only one small bump. He deserves Prologue as high as Froome's. He only lost 8 seconds for 15 km to the Stickman after an exhausting Giro. If Contador is low, Froome and the rest aren't much higher |

Well his current sprint is 75 I believe, so I would definitely be in favor of a upgrade to 76.

Dauphine 2014 Stage 1 Froome win by 8 seconds
Vuelta a Espana 2014 Stage 21 Froome win by 27 seconds
Ruta del Sol 2015 Stage 1b Contador win by 8 seconds
Tour de France 2015 stage 1 Froome win by 8 seconds
That is why Froome deserves 1 or 2 higher PRL than Contador |

Vuelta 2014 Conta doesn't give a shit.
Tour 2015 Conta tired after Giro.
Maybe Conta 1 less than Froome is fine but still I'd edit it for myself if they're not even. |

76 would be ok for EBH
Btw I've really been enjoying your Tour de France on YouTube and have seen all the stages new except stage 21 and gotta say you're a pretty good commentator, hope to see you do some more commentary races. |

How come he didn't gave a shit if he was there to win the race ?
froome is just a better TTier than contador and he showed it multiple times, and even if contador had giro in his legs it was his choice to do the giro-tour double and he has to assume the consequences. No one told him to do it. |

So, we have to downgrade Contador, because he is more ambition than any other rider ? |

As shown in Paris-Nice and Catalunya, Porte is a very good climber, 80-81. As shown in most GTs, Porte has low REC. What the team have done already doing that is great, he's never been close to a GT win in my only slightly edited custom db.
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Guys like froome, Quintana or nibali could have done the giro too but they didn't do it because they are realistic they know how it's practically impossible to win both giro-tour the same year it has nothing to do with ambition and contador knows exactly that he was too old to try it, that was kind of a gamble and unfortunately for him he finish 5th in this tour. |

The last stage it was more like a parade for Contador as he had already won then, that's how.

What ? In your opinion Contador's ambition is just stupid ? So, why Quintana will race Vuelta, if it is impossible to win 2 GTs in a row in the same year ? Is he also stupid ? Or gambling ? No. This is aspiration. I don't like Quintana, but I respect him for trying to achieve something extremely hard. |

Ok, let's just stop before it's too late. Contador definitely wasn't in the shape he was last year but that had nothing to do with him not believing in himself. He had said that yet the previous year and it would be dumb to withdraw from the Giro to have bigger chances at the Tour. Bertie wanted the double from quite a long time. At least from 2008 till now. So he had to give it another try after 2011. It didn't work out but that doesn't mean he's a much worse rider. I don't get what you have against his TT, it hasn't changed at all, and he was only weak in 2013 at TT. The climbing is another story. No matter how much I like him I wouldn't say he deserves 83. 82 is just perfect.
Everything else can be explained with fatigue so it's not worth talking with assumptions so let's just stop. Ok? |

Regarding Froome's TT stat it's true he hasn't had many strong results recently but I will say he almost won the TDF Team TT by himself. Looked like he was on the front 90% of the time.
This is a good point. I'd say that he deserves 79 and if he doesn't perform well at the Vuelta TT, then he should get downgraded to 78. |

Did you read my comment carefully ? it seems not because I said it's practically impossible to win both giro-tour, I never said it was more difficult to win tour-vuelta. Btw people might think contador was stupid to try at 32 years of age. Even if Qintana decide to go for vuelta it wouldn't mean anything cuz he finished 2nd in le tour so it wouldn't be winning 2 GT in a row same year. |
