They were never going to give it to Sagan, if he wasn't in Green then he would of won it but didn't expect them to give it to a rider who holds a jersey.

Team Sky has a special jersey to celebrates Chris Froome's victory. There's a yellow band on the black colour. The British outfit got a special permission from the UCI for wearing them today.

Ah thanks for that, I remember when Armstrong and RadioShack tried to change jerseys for the final stage in 2010 (think it was a livestrong thing) and were told no. I remember the days when Cipollini would just wear whatever he wanted and cop the fine after the race
