1: Greipel / Because he has the best train left after three weeks, and i think Soudal alongside Giant is the only teams who is going to set up a full sprint-train tomorrow.

2: Cavendish / I would normally set Cavendish to win the sprint but he has pretty much no leadout men left, so i would assume he will get on Kristoff or Greipel's wheel tomorrow. He might still take it but i doubt it.

3: Kristoff / My scenario is that Haller will position him in the front until the last km then he will find a wheel to sprint from, i don't see him in his best shape so a third should be possible.

I could've gone for Degenkolb as a second or third but i just don't think hes good enough in a flat sprint like this, but you never know his train might save him....

Bardet probably deserves it or Nibbles.

There has been a shooting incident on the Place de la Concorde earlier this morning, the car could get away. Looking at the recent terrorism in France, I am afraid that Le Tour would make an ideal target.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I think that Sagan deserves it, but after Quintana's exhibition (yesterday)... dunno. Bardet, Purito, Quintana or Sagan, but I'd go for Sagan

Please do the topic properly. Champs-Elysees TdF stage deserves more effort.

I wouldn't count out Sagan in todays sprint. He has been up there in several occasions on the sprint stages this year, and a few times it was only a matter of bad timing, that prevented him from taking a stage win.

But i think Greipel is the man of the hour today Wink

Hey guys, today should hopefully be a cracking way to end the tour. Hoping for Sagan to finally get a stage win but highly doubt it.

Wrote up a preview for the stage, and an article on Froome and Quintana.

I will also be live blogging on the race, so if you need a way to follow the race, will provide the link for you once the race gets underway.

I think today could be a day for a surprise winner...I´m not too sure about a sprint royal as normal at the Champs-Elysee...a finesseur attack could be promising if Etixx and Lotto-Soudal start to argue about chasing...I´m thinking about riders like Oss, Bartra, Chavanel, Navardauskas, Malori, Gaudin or Grivko.
Not too sure who will chase most of the day, and after two very hard days lately the chances for a late attack are better than ever...

nah I don't think so because also tinkoff saxo will pace now and there are also giant and katusha who will ride 100% for their sprinter

some bad weather conditions and already a big crash. Wild (2nd last year) already behind

It won't happen but I'd love to see a team attack from Movistar to try and win the tour. That would be really cool. Greipel has won the stage no doubt.

apperantly there is a rule that the GC is sent at the first passege of the champs elysees (not sure on it though) Movistar would need to attack before the first passege and then probably keep it until the finish.

it looks really slippery, we might not have everyone finishing today (abandon's)

They did that about ten years ago when it was raining/storming on the Champs aswell. Will probably happen today aswell.

they just need to keep Froome up right and he wins, don't see why Sky needs to keep control

last lap!
